Well. The dude had it notarized prior to the debate. Apparently sent a copy to the house leader before debate. What's her name the lady who moderated the debated admitted to only fact checking him because of what cnn did. So far what can be corroborated has been.

At my 50th high school class reunion this weekend an ole buddy that spent years flying F-14's etc for the Navy and several years in some sort of intel operation looking for ISIS in Iraq and Afghanistan told a story about Obama and Biden making these same types of claims when he was flying missions from inside these two countries. Newsflash genius...despite ABC giving Commie-Mala the questions pre-debate enabling her to script and rehearse her "answers", Trump won the debate. People agreed he won the debate per post-debate polling on the question of who won the debate itself, and his national lead in the polls has gone up since the debate.
