Also, I was going to sit this election out, but I've definitely reconsidered. Trump stinks, no doubt, but Harris is the worst candidate ever presented for President. And it's sad that she's probably going to win because people are going to vote their feelings rather than reality
Pretty well, actually. I'm sure your news sources talk about America being a burned-out hellscape nonstop, but most Dems consider Biden to be one of the most successful Presidents of the last century. Despite the lunatics running the House and a divided Senate, he absolutely crushed it.

Kamala didn't roll back anything. The "liberal media", who is normally bored to tears by policy, and who hasn't mentioned any of Trump's lunatic policy ideas in years, decided that they needed to put an end to Kamala's honeymoon period, so suddenly they were all policy wonks, regurgitating right wing talking points that way overstated her position. So yeah, I wouldn't blame her for keeping her cards close from here on. Fu** them.


If Biden is "one of the most successful president of the last century", then why was he run out of town and why is Kamala running to "fix everything" (her words not mine)?

Dems have been running the show for 18 of the last 20 years. All issues we have in the country can be completely pegged on them.

He was replaced because he was too old to continue. You knew that. And Kamala is talking about fixing long standing problems... you know, the kind of problems brought on by decades of "trickle down economics", union-busting, and shipping jobs over seas (a.k.a. Republican stuff) which caused the populist MAGA revolt in the first place. Biden made a ton of progress, but there's way more to do.

Anyway, your math is a bit off. Since Clinton's first term starting in 1993, here's the scorecard:

House Control:
  • Republicans: 11 times
  • Democrats: 5 times
Senate Control:
  • Republicans: 9 times
  • Democrats: 7 times
President:
  • Republicans: 2 times
  • Democrats: 3 times
Complete Contol:
  • Republicans: 3 times
  • Democrats: 2 times

Never mind that for decades Republicans have controlled most State governments, which directly impacts most people lives more than a President. The idea that Dems have been "running the show" is just more of this persecuted fantasy you guys live in. You made the weather, and now you're crying that it's raining.

Remember when the Dems controlled government for 2 years and did NOTHING?

They could have done whatever they wanted with gun control. What did they do? Nothing.

They could have made abortions law. What did they do? Nothing.

They did pass ACA...I give them that. However, Obama is out there on a national stage claiming Kamalamadingdong is going to "bring down health care costs". Really Obama? didn't you pass the ACA which immediately drove up the cost of health care while claiming it would bring down the costs?

The Dems do 1 of 2 things...Nothing, or make things worse. Going all the way to FDR who capped incomes, which created...guess what? HEALTH INSURANCE. Health Insurance was created as a means to supplement not being able to increase employees incomes.

For every one thing that Dems propose and pass, 50 more things break. They know it. They choose to do this because they want you suffering. That is the very basis of socialism. Shared turmoil.

Kamala's campaign manager admitted this morning in an interview that he is hiding Kamala because there are plenty of low information voters that "don't even know who she is" and can easily be fooled by marketing messaging and media propaganda.

Their game plan is to convince the uninformed to vote for her based upon marketing and packaging .

Speaks volume to how stupid this country is at times.

But is it not the republican party's responsibility to ensure that this is done? It seems they continually drop the ball on the governor's election, and we're stuck with soy boys for govenors
