Canes continue to roll as they scored 3 in the 3rd period to beat the Flyers 4-1. Marty Necas' consecutive game point streak was stopped at 13 last night. 14-4 on the season and 11 of the last 12.

Canes are at New Jersey tonight.

canes looked interested for about 20 mins last night and still cruised. this team plays well together but the same questions remain, goaltending and can they be tough enough in the playoffs?

4-2-1 over the last two weeks with five road games isn't that bad. For the month of November they're 7-3-1.

Tulsky and Brind'Amour do need to think about long term options in the goal. It's going to be tough to make a deep run in the playoffs with the current situation.

Great comeback by the Canes last night as they were down 3-1 starting the 3rd period. They quickly tied it up, took the lead at 4-3, then Dallas tied it at 4. A PP goal from Necas that bounced off a skate and then an empty netter by Svech to seal the win at 6-4. 5 goals in the 3rd.

Jarvis had a big impact with a short handed goal and then an assist to Aho on what was essentially a short handed goal as the Dallas PP had just expired. That ignited the comeback.

Martin made some big saves. He really had no chance on any of the 4 goals and at least one was a failure to clear the puck and a missed high stick penalty on the Stars.

Rangers in town tomorrow and they are struggling right now.
