Canes probably stole one tonight, but it doesn't matter as it counts as a win. It took them two periods to find their rhythm and their game but they poured it on for that 3rd period and were finally rewarded. Big game winner by Ian Cole. Throw it at the net and get a bounce. Hopefully they will start Friday's game on time.

I'm guilty of overreacting at the first two games against Boston, but if the Rangers can't beat that Canes performance for the first 40 minutes, they won't be able to hang with us this series. We gift wrapped them a huge lead in the first two periods and they only managed 1 goal with all of their high danger chances. Raanta was fantastic, and when Rod switched up the lines to move Turbo up with Aho and Jarvis it was on. Hopefully the new line gets Svech going, too.

Great defense again by the Canes and Raanta. Not a pretty win, but definitely effective and it counts too. The Rangers are getting very few great scoring chances at all. Need to get at least one in New York!
