The Canes are humming, but I'd still like to see more from the Svech line. Necas scored, but they didn't dominate like they should be able to.

The Aho-Jarvy-Guentzel line was unstoppable though.

I know its been said in a lot of different places but man, F Fanatics. I just went to The Eye to look for a piece of Kuznetsov gear to wear in DC on Friday and there isnt a single piece of gear available. When I asked the nice lady working the register about it, I was told Id have to order a jersey and it would take 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Its not the end of the world, but man do I hate that company

Canes beat the Red Wings tonight 4-0 and clinch their 6th straight playoff appearance. Played really well tonight, but have to keep on pushing and try to get home ice advantage throughout. Still lots to play for.

glad the canes got nadeau, morrow and ol gleb signed to entry level contract. hopefully blake is done soon and we can get on with the playoffs. need to finalize the ahl situation for these guys next year but you can start to see the future core coming together. forwards in the prospect pool are on the lacking size, they'll have to get that through free agency in the future though.

Canes beat the Bruins 4-1 tonight in Boston. Andrei Svechnikov scored the first goal of the game on the lacrosse move. It turned out to be the #1 play on Sports Center and it's quite unbelievable how he did it. Here is the video.
