Hurricanes rout the Lightning 6-0. They dominated the whole game and only gave up 4 shots in the first period and ZERO in the second. That is right NO SHOTS ON GOAL in the second period. Tampa Bay is really struggling right now and this was their 5th loss in a row.
Teuvo Teravainen had a hat trick and Jesperi Kokaniemi had a 5 point night with 4 assists and a goal. Newbie Shane Gostisbehere had another power play goal and two assists. Hurricanes had 4 PP goals on 5 attempts but that last PP was a 5 on 3 for two minutes and they scored on the first one but did not have a lot of time left with the 5 on 4.
