I enjoyed the race yesterday... didn't get to see all of it, but got to watch the bulk of it at least...

It was a tale of 2 races for sure. I'd love to see bubba or blaney win Saturday night.

I'm glad NASCAR waited to wave the green flag. I thought overall it was a good race. I would have loved to have been a fly when Chase was giving Rick and Jeff a ear full after the race.

I don't remember anyone crossing over from one series to another ("to" or "from") from ever "really" being successful... Indy Car to NASCAR especially, but also in the other direction...

Juan Pablo Montoya comes to mind immediately as the best "Indy to NASCAR"... and yes, I'm not counting the Foyt's, Andretti's, etc. from way back in the day.

Witness Jimmie Johnson right now, but he was already past his NASCAR window before he tried to make the switch... but I'm glad that he's still trying.

Tony Stewart was the one driver that has "shown" that he could do both, but again, he was made to choose. (and he went for the bigger money at the time)

Jeff Gordon was the one guy that I was the most disappointed not to try what Jimmie is doing right now... the trick is to make the switch while you are still relevant... we haven't seen that happen yet - except for all the "Indy to NASCAR" failures that we have seen previously.

I've never been a Busch fan (in fact, I dislike both), but good on him for this move
