Yeah, I wasn't a big fan of his move on the road course at Indy earlier in the year... but that move he pulled off yesterday was ****ing incredible! Dude has the biggest balls of anybody I've ever seen after that one. That was Hall-of-Fame worthy right there. Thus my comment a couple of weeks back at Talladega, if they hadn't of had that late caution I firmly believe that he was going to make something happen and win that race as well... he was set up perfectly for someone like him with the balls to make a bold move.

And did you hear him say in the interview, NASCAR '05 video game and that he used to pull that move off there and always was waiting to try it in real life? Well, he picked a pretty damn good time and that's all I'm going to say about that.

Shout out for a good season to William Byron in my #24, made it to the round of 8 but never was really in the picture to advance yesterday. Getting better every year though, and I look forward to seeing him again in 2023.

Next week is going to be exciting.

Logano. Bell. Elliott. Chastain.

Logano is probably running the best of the four..

I agree! Petty GMS has shown some quality runs recently, which is good. Hopefully, JJ can help bring some championship mindset to the organization.

This will be good for the sport!

Agree. Will be interesting if any Hendrick personal come over to Petty GMS. But I agree good for the sport overall.

Congrats to Gibbs had the best car. Was pulling hard for Jr's team though. Overall, it was a good clean race, hoping for a good one today for sure. Hope to see the 22 win the Championship and the Fords overall have a good day.

Snooze fest. Please find an exciting track, like Daytona, for the championship.

Yep. Begin, and end, it there. Even if it means giving them a 3rd race.

Congrats to the 22. Overall okay weekend but not the best, IMO the race needs to be in Miami.

I fully agree that Phoenix isn't an exciting track, but it is one that doesn't have a lot of wrecks and I guess NASCAR's hope is to have all of the final 4 still running at the end. That's all I can come up with on that venue.

I don't like it though, it wasn't a very exciting race overall. At least Chastain and Bell made it look better than it really was towards the end (Bell first before the last caution, and then Chastain at least finishing third and at least in the picture frame with the leader).

What a disappointment to me though for Logano to end up winning, he comes across as such a geek even when he wins. Just so unlikeable.

Question: those last pit stops under green? Bell first, Chastain a lap later and Logano the lap after that... then the wreck (Bowman?) no more than a few laps after the restart - and everybody comes in again... how much difference in tires is there between those 1 or 2 laps? Wasn't that many laps left either were there? Just asking.

Wonder how one could physically do what happened to Bell's tire changer there at the end?

What happened with the tire changer? I just caught the tail end where it appeared he injured his hand.

Yeah the race was underwhelming for sure. Phoenix and New Hampshire are two of those tracks that get a lot more hype than what the racing warrants, IMO.

Would have never thought it a year ago, but Atlanta or Dallas or one of those 1.5 mile tracks that used to be terrible but were dynamic this year be better with this new car?

Also agree on Logano....just can't stand the guy. Not good for NASCAR growth to have him winning.

Jack man's finger got caught between the wheel and the lug nut when he hung the tire. Changer wrenched down the lug and he was stuck with his finger in there.
