Looking forward to the race tonight. I think we are going to see a bunch of different set ups. I see this race as a way for these teams to mess with set ups of the new car. TMS is a mile and a half that will be a points race next go around.

Well, since it didn't start until like 8 or so on a Sunday night, I didn't see very much of it...

I TRIED to wait it out but I fell asleep in my chair well before the end of the first stage.

The biggest waste of time to me has always been that they think that The Open is a good idea - when it's not - and never has been.

Just run the damn race already.

NASCAR on cable more than doubles up on F1 on cable (2.481M vs. 1.146M) but the 546K 18-49 for F1 was 1K higher than NASCAR! Also, the F1 was on ESPN2 on Sunday (and at 9AM). Whatever the causes, I'm an F1 boom believer!

.@FS1 got a 1.38 rating and 2.481 million viewers for Sunday night's NASCAR All-Star Race at Texas, down from a 1.64 rating and 2.735 million for last year's race, which was in mid June.

18-49 demographic: 545,000 viewers

I enjoy F1. I've been on and off watching F1 since the 70's. I do try and watch each race this season. In fact, this Sunday is the best race weekend, on the calendar.
