Not sure SVG can close this 4 sec gap.

ETA: There's the caution
I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em. Jim Valvano.

The 11 is going to have to win next weekend. Wild ride for him.
Other than his move on not signing the latest charter agreement, I don't care for him. So, I'm ok for him to be out, sooner than later..
lol...I get it, he has surpassed Kyle Busch for the most boos at the track.
That's saying a lot lol
It is, heck Kyle gets a lot of cheers now days.
Mid career when Earnhardt was winning a lot of his WC Championships he was getting boo'd. Then the last few years he started to get some cheers. Like he said, as long as they are making some type noise when you get announced.

I can see the 11 getting eliminated Saturday night. He is way into his heads, which isn't new.

If there's a wreck, Larson and Byron are vulnerable as well... Byron was only 3 laps from finishing in 4th place in the standings and look at him now.

TJ seems to move around a lot, does this have to do with the addition by subtraction statement?

lol something in the points system seems broken. Only 2 top 5s and 5 top 10s and somehow 3rd in points.

I'm just going to take an educated organizational guess here. I've had Engineers work for me who were like this. TJ does some things very well; I would guess those are technical in nature. He is likely at the top of his class in technical expertise. But often those folk have little to zero organizational political skills. They don't read social signals from others upline, peers, or subordinates. So at first, they are really liked in the organization because they solve some significant technical problems. But as time goes on, they tick off others by telling the truth in situations that damage others, insult others, or just not desirable to hang around with. Eventually, those things catch up with them and the boss decides the technical genius isn't worth the disruption he brings organizationally, so gets chopped.

As I've observed over the years; friends come and go, but enemies accumulate.

Bubba is solid. Not upper tier. That said, I don't really know what it takes to be upper tier.

The team itself is capable. Their #2 team is in the playoffs with multiple wins and probably could have won another race or more. Bubba needs to just keep plugging way and avoid falling into the drama like he's let happen more often than he should... he is more than capable of winning races.

Geico will end its premier partnership with NASCAR after this season, marking the first time the racing circuit will lose one of the top-tier partners from the system it started in 2020. The Berkshire Hathaway-owned insurer has been involved in the sport since at least 2009, and it became the official insurance of NASCAR in 2019 before stepping up to the premier partner level in 2020. That year, NASCAR began using an IOC- or NCAA-like sponsor model for its Cup Series instead of the single title sponsor model it had employed since 1971.

The other original premier partners are Anheuser-Busch's Busch Beer, Coca-Cola and Comcast's Xfinity brand, the last of which is in renewal talks both for the premier partnership and its separate title sponsorship of NASCAR's secondary series, a deal that started in 2015. Comcast VP/Branded Partnerships & Activation Matt Lederer has said Xfinity is evaluating a new deal with NASCAR from the perspective of "not trying to look at what Year 11 looks like but really, how does this become Year 1 of a new deal?" Sources have said Xfinity could renew the Xfinity Series entitlement for a shorter period, perhaps as brief as a year, while renewing the premier partner asset for longer
