ETA: There's the caution
Mid career when Earnhardt was winning a lot of his WC Championships he was getting boo'd. Then the last few years he started to get some cheers. Like he said, as long as they are making some type noise when you get announced.ncsupack1 said:It is, heck Kyle gets a lot of cheers now days.Glasswolf said:That's saying a lot lolncsupack1 said:lol...I get it, he has surpassed Kyle Busch for the most boos at the track.caryking said:Other than his move on not signing the latest charter agreement, I don't care for him. So, I'm ok for him to be out, sooner than later..ncsupack1 said:
The 11 is going to have to win next weekend. Wild ride for him.
This yellow is going to make some guys have to make some hard decisionsGlasswolf said:
Not sure SVG can close this 4 sec gap.

If there's a wreck, Larson and Byron are vulnerable as well... Byron was only 3 laps from finishing in 4th place in the standings and look at him now.ncsupack1 said:
I can see the 11 getting eliminated Saturday night. He is way into his heads, which isn't new.

Trackhouse Racing president Ty Norris has amicably left the team, sources tell The Athletic. Hearing Norris may be headed to Kaulig Racing in an unknown capacity.

I'm just going to take an educated organizational guess here. I've had Engineers work for me who were like this. TJ does some things very well; I would guess those are technical in nature. He is likely at the top of his class in technical expertise. But often those folk have little to zero organizational political skills. They don't read social signals from others upline, peers, or subordinates. So at first, they are really liked in the organization because they solve some significant technical problems. But as time goes on, they tick off others by telling the truth in situations that damage others, insult others, or just not desirable to hang around with. Eventually, those things catch up with them and the boss decides the technical genius isn't worth the disruption he brings organizationally, so gets chopped.ncsupack1 said:PossumJenkins said:Addition by subtraction...Tony Lunders doesn't get enough credit over therencsupack1 said:

TJ seems to move around a lot, does this have to do with the addition by subtraction statement?

As I've observed over the years; friends come and go, but enemies accumulate.

Good for both parties. Bubba may not be in the upper tier yet, but he's way better than a lot of these other hacks out there causing wrecks every week.ncsupack1 said:NEWS: @23XIRacing announces a multiyear contract extension with @BubbaWallace. pic.twitter.com/RJptIXh917

Bubba is solid. Not upper tier. That said, I don't really know what it takes to be upper tier.ncsupack1 said:TheStorm said:Good for both parties. He isn't bad at all. With the team not signing the charter agreement makes this move interesting.
The team itself is capable. Their #2 team is in the playoffs with multiple wins and probably could have won another race or more. Bubba needs to just keep plugging way and avoid falling into the drama like he's let happen more often than he should... he is more than capable of winning races.caryking said:Bubba is solid.
