I like both Diffey and Burton. I thought Dale Jr and Burton were too similar, so, the split was good.

I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for thinking bad things about him. He said, of course not. I said, well, I think you stink. And he gave me a technical. You can't trust em.

NASCAR filing today indicates it won't consider charter transfer of SHR charters to 23XI/FRM as they "purchased these Charters fully aware that they contained a release provision, which needed to be accepted for any requested transfer to be considered."

NASCAR answer to lawsuit alleges 23XI co-owner Curtis Polk helped devise strategies [that] included "boycotts and potential boycotts of NASCAR events, negative media campaign to affect the media rights negotiations and threats/coercion to other team owners to "not break ranks.""

I really haven't kept up with all this; however, anything that can happen to unsettle NASCAR, I'll be happy. I see NASCAR as a cabal.

I'm somewhat different with that, I don't want NASCAR to become what the NFL, NBA, and MLB are. I enjoy being able to bring food and drinks into a race, I enjoy the free parking or kids free to truck and Xfinity races. A lot of that could change depending on how some of this suit.

It's really confusing but the two teams are suing for more control and more money. This new charter agreement already increased the payments to teams to 50 percent of the tv revenue. In short Polk and company are trying to change the sport, the problem is that they bought charters, and are now mad about charters. I for one hope NASCAR wins.

.@KingsHawaiian is expected to leave @RFKRacing after this year and is talking with other teams in NASCAR about a switch for 2025, per sources, stemming in part from a brand conflict with one of RFK's new sponsors.

You can, but Kroger has deals with Ball Park, Sara Lee, and Thomas, all part of the Bimbo company to sponsor races. Hawaiian is separate from that company. Think of it as a Coke vs Pepsi, type thing.
