Haven't seen details yet, but I understand that there are minimum performance standards, whether that be in points or other criteria in order to not be forced to sell the charter. Sounds like there's still some "fine print" to be disclosed.

I know that the teams had wanted a minimum cap on the smaller teams and that the big teams were against a cap. Interesting and thanks for sharing
