I saw a report that the Local Leo fell off the ladder when the shooter turned his gun on him. Not sure if any of that is true. He may have been trying to duck down and slipped.

They did say that there were local tactical units which included some of the snipers so it may have been them who killed the shooter.

Just going to push this forward. When I posted this morning the total amount given was about $780,000. Now the total is over $3.3 million for the victims.

Several big names have given big amounts. Dana White and Kid Rock both gave $50,000. I think Jared and Ivanka also gave $50,000.

sounds like it was lack of having the proper people to secure the entire area and needing to rely on local cops who retreated down a ladder when they see a guy trying to shoot the former president.....pretty simple...that guy was not willing to fire his pistol at a dude pointing an AR his way

Yeah, I think it would have been the start of a civil war if the assassination attempt had been successful. We came about 1 inch away from this country being changed forever.


This "kid" definitely has mental issues from now reading the news. Now Im wondering if there will be another crazy in response to Biden or his admin. Tensions are high now. I mean we all saw what happened on Jan 6, and that was just over false claims. What happens when it goes after the leader? could get a lot worse.
Everyone is foaming at the mouth politically but I think the story will ultimately be about a kid who desperately needed help and didn't get any. I think that's almost always the case with mass shootings, esp. young shooters. More to come though.
I think this one will be different because the target was a former president. The media and the Left has demonized Trump, and they too are at fault.
Need to wait and see. Everyone in here wants to jump to motive and/or conspiracy. Maybe he was a loner and wanted attention. Maybe he was trying to impress a girl (see Reagan). Maybe his meds got messed up. Until the feds get into his phone and fully dissect his social and personal life it's all pure speculation. We do know there is nothing obvious.
