Apropos that NASCAR is at Talladega the week that we learn of two teams filing an antitrust suit vs the sanctioning body. 55 years ago the superstars of the sport organized a union and walked out of Talladega over safety concerns. Bill France Sr. ran the race without them.

Although, if Denny can run in the front row and stay there for a while, then he'll stick with running up front. I seem to remember it not working out for Byron when he did it either... but if you are running at the end today and haven't been wrecked yet, that's almost an automatic top 15 at that point.
