Update from JR Motorsports:

Justin Allgaier was treated and released from a local hospital early this morning for non-racing related medical purposes following last night's event at Kentucky Speedway. He will undergo further evaluation today before being cleared to race.

.@FS1 earned a 1.57 rating and 2.575 million viewers for Sunday's @QuakerState 400 @KySpeedway, up from a 1.21 rating and 2.075M for last year's race, which aired on @NBCSN on a Saturday night.

The race was the most-watched sporting event of the weekend, edging out @PGATour.
