Evan Mendoza pitched a lil bit as a FR then played 3rd for the next two years and that's it.

Brett Kinneman got a couple shots on the mound. It didn't go very well IIRC.

Tommy Dejuneas played third and left field. He had 69 career ABs (nice) and was used as a pinch runner. Don't know if he qualifies, but his name is the first that came to mind.

Old timer says Stoddard counts. The Dh was new when he played. I remember he was the DH when other guys pitched. But I think Esposito DH'ed for him when he pitched. Stoddard could hit, too. For a long time, he was the last American League pitcher to get a hit in the World Series.

They have the same issue with Chenault as we have with Banks. Both want to sign if drafted.

It's abundantly clear that Link Jarrett is fixing @FSUBaseball's pitching woes. Ethan Chenault is a really nice pickup, Yoel Tejeda is really talented and Cam Leiter has the ability to head to Tally and be a front-line ace type of pitcher

That's my hometown. I played for CHS in the early 80's. We were always a very good program back in the 70's and 80's, but since 1997, CHS has arguably been one of the top teams in the state over that period. Kudos to Coach Dennis McCaffery. Guy is a great coach. Would be awesome to continue the pipeline and get a fourth Cougar to Raleigh.
