Does she discuss how many chances Trump was given to simply give back the documents. Had he simply done that, he wouldn't be in the situation he's in. Or if he hadn't obstructed the government, does she touch on that too?

You should read the Hur report. He makes note of the distinct difference between what Trump did vs Biden. Should also maybe look at what Trump has been indicted for. Main one being obstruction. Biden and Pence cooperated, Trump did not. Why did he continue to refuse when aides told him to return the documents? Why did he obstruct the investigation?

Trump should have kept his files on an unsecured server in his bathroom and destroyed the evidence when it was found.

Trump operating under the Presidential Records Act can keep those documents for his records. I'm not sure if it requires declassifying them or not..........a PTOS can declassify any document he chooses.........VP's like Biden and Pence cannot.

He's not allowed to keep them. And he's certainly not allowed to obstruct the government. That's what has him in deep doo doo and the clear distinction between how Trump acted and now Biden and Pence acted.

I disagree, they can keep them........and certainly if he's declassified them. Obama did, they are in his Chicago library I believe.

I'll add that my information is that what his residence was being searched for is this thing known as "the biscuit".
