#SIeve, #Nappy & #Gobbler, fools for everything #Mockingbird. Good news is, however, all three are getting mRNA jabs for the #birdflu

Where's my buddy, ole stormie? Is Trump right or wrong in the phone call? Yay or Nay?

My friend, the illusion that has been perpetuated on the American people will be shocking in the end. Stay tuned.

Would need more info, but I can understand the state not rubberstamping all applications for expansions. Lot of health systems still havent financially recovered from Covid. We have one level 1 trauma hospital in Wake County with two more within short driving distances. This is one area of NC that isnt hurting when it comes to healthcare choices.

it's basically rent control. You are artificially reducing competition for services.

I get that, but this area doesnt lack for healthcare resources. When my parents were sick, both got treated locally (father at Baptist in Winston, mother in Columbus county), both ended up here because the hospitals here (Duke for my father, UNC for my mother) had more resources/providers that could help. I would imagine their scenarios are not unique.

Florida got rid of their CON and there has been an increase in services but not costs. SC modified their CON and there has been a boom in building rural facilities.

Got any reading on the SC rural boom? I am genuinely curious. Most of the rural sites I work with are massively struggling at the moment (along with everyone else for that matter), so seeing the other side would be interesting.

Believable. The hospital lobby is second only to the home builder lobby in Raleigh for power and influence.

that's the thing. Hospital systems don't want CON, they want to compete for services

I never thought Kamala could find a running mate worse than herself.
