^ They should have stayed with that solid navy background that it was when he first took over that ride as the #24. Now that was a good looking car.

With Chase not making the playoffs, it will be interesting to me how he would of fared if he had been the last car to make it. He's been running better as of late.

I think now that the pressure is off, I'm gonna guess he does a lot better.

Caught the last half. I noticed the attendance also. It's always cool to see the Bristol night race packed. There's nothing like that place.

I didn't mind the dirt. I thought it was pretty cool but I do prefer the concrete. I wouldn't mind seeing it again down the road. Maybe as the clash one year?

It's too hard in general to keep up with week-to-week... best thing is to be mid-afternoon on a Sunday when those that don't follow all the details are channel surfing looking for the race to watch...

Bristol's night race is one of the very, very few that should remain. But I'd rather not have a night race as part of The Chase, but maybe that's just me.

The Southern 500 and Bristol are the only two I want. I agree that tv should put the races on Sunday afternoon around the same time each week, (which for the most part they do). For whatever reason night racing doesn't get the eyes, look at Richmond, night crowd did good, tv not so much, Sunday racing crowd not great but tv decent.

They had too many night races stacked on top of one another towards the end of the regular season and now into The Chase with Bristol... if you are talking about moving it back to 4th of July weekend, then yes... if you are talking about when it was run this year, then no.

Memorial Day Weekend
4th of July Weekend
Labor Day Weekend
Bristol

That should be it.

I really like your list. I just don't see them returning to Daytona July 4. Sucks, should fine out here soon enough.
