Still thinking about that JMU pitcher. That was brutal. 2 outs bottom 9th, nobody on, 0-2 count, and a 2 run lead. He was their senior top closer, and he just imploded, first hitting the batter, and then with the error on a routine play in the 10th to lead to the loss. Never ever should have pitched to Messina in the 9th so that part is on their manager, but still. What a crazy twist to start the regional. I really dislike USC, they have got us so many times in football...really hoping this time we come out on top against them if we take care of business tonight.
