I still have mixed feelings about this…. When it's all said and done, the boy did the killings! The father made horrible decisions, no doubt. Is he an accessory to murder? Is there a date when he is no longer the accessory? Like 2 years after the help with acquiring the guns? Or, two months? I don't know about this one. I can truly see both sides of the argument. Now, if the father was there helping, but didn't pull a trigger, then, yes…. Accessory to murder.
