I really don't see where Charlie Kirk was Anti-Semitic at all. Did he call out concerns with Israel's tactics in Gaza? Yes he did. That, in no way, makes him Anti-Semitic.

i am another person that had concerns with Israel's actions, especially in Iran, and now Qatar. Additionally, I believe Gaza became a cesspool of extremist Muslims; therefore, I get why Israel has done what they've done, generally speaking. I also think, based on my limited knowledge, that the people living in Gaza have had a hard time living recently. What needs to be done? I'm not sure.

My concerns, in now way, makes me Anti-Semitic. Am I Un-American, when I have issues with things the US does? No!

The term "anti-Semitic" is a loaded and subjective smear term, that could mean anything depending on who is using it, and what they mean by it.

My point is that opponents of Kirk could and were labeling many of Kirk's recently expressed views as "antisemitic" - such as him saying that Oct 7th was a stand down and that Israel is "trying to ethnically cleanse Gaza", or his statement (paraphrasing) that elite "Jewish donors are the driving force behind the cultural Marxist agenda in America".

what Charlie said and the way GP framed the statements are misleading. Charlie didn't say that October 7th was a stand-down; rather, he is proposing the question, based on a correlation of events…. Now, I agree, he is saying that Gaza is an ethnic cleansing. To a degree, I understand why and how he's come to the conclusion. Additionally, he said that he's been told that Israel has a similar cultural Marxist side that pushes the agenda in Israel.

So, the comments GP has made have a sliver of truth; however, based on the video you posted, they are completely out of context.

Free speech is the anti-thesis of a free and open and "democratic" society. Censorship is used by tyrants, in order to force a certain ideology on the population (as in communist countries). And censorship must be used because their ideologies are fallacious and harmful, and if free speech is allowed the TRUTH will come out and expose their false and destructive ideology.

In order to advance the cause of truth on everything, absolute free speech and open debate should be allowed. Allow all ideas to compete in the "marketplace of ideas", and eventually the "cream will rise to the top" and the truth will prevail.

I think what we are seeing now that really crosses the line (resulting in people getting fired from their jobs) is when people openly endorse and celebrate and encourage violence against other people -- such as millions of Leftists out here celebrating the murder of Charlie Kirk.

Nothing remote to that is taking place in this thread or in the WC to my knowledge. I'm being critical of the state of Israel and the influence of the "Israeli lobby" over the US Government and society, such as pointing out that Epstein worked for Mossad and is blackmailing members of the US Government...as Charlie Kirk himself pointed out as well. But I absolutely have not been encouraging or advocating the use of violence against anyone. Yep. I felt the pressure of censorship too on covid, and other views I expressed in the WC from Glass. But that was many years ago, and things have gotten much better in the WC for about the past 4 years.

And I have a lot of respect for James and Steve for allowing the WC to function as it does now. It would be a BIG mistake to allow Leftist moderators to censor half or more of their users/customers, to advance a Left-leaning agenda...as apparently done on PP.
