So you'd be good with another state mandating a socialism club, or a transgender club, or a woke agenda club?

Hokie, other States have already done that. It's called the education system! Heck, right here in Wake County, they hand out equity sticks to the teachers. Is supposed to be used as a means to create equity among the students.

ok, what the heck does that even mean??

Let's not be so naive to think that the left hasn't done exactly what it planned to do a long time ago. In fact, all you need to do is go look at the Communist Party platform, from the 60's, and you will see how much success they have had.

It's time to take back this country. Yes, it's probably going to sting! Yes, people will be called fascist! Yes, people will be assassinated! Yes, people will protest in the streets! Yes, we will find out who is funding this stuff! Again, yes, people will be called fascist!

Finally, yes, we are in a viscous cycle that hopefully will moderate how left people have gotten and expose them for what they are. The real Fascist.

An eye for an eye is not a strategy that leads to success. We need to figure out how to get education back to neutral and not trading political policy blows with our children. Teach math, science, english, and civics, and do it without bias, do it with facts. Let kids make their own choices on their opinion on political issues.

What you just described is all anyone really wants. The education system has created this mindset that people have. So, we are on the same page regarding this.

This is not a gentle stirring; it is the convulsive awakening of a civilization that was on the verge of suicide. For fifty years, the West has been in a self-induced coma, a decadent fever dream of post-national, post-rational, and post-moral fantasies. We were force-fed a diet of self-loathing and told to call it "progress." But the fever is breaking, and the American people are rising from their slumber not a minute too soon, for the barbarians are not at the gates; they have been running our institutions.

This awakening is not merely political; it is profoundly moral. It is the rediscovery of the atavistic, foundational truths that built our worldthe four cardinal virtues that the modern Left has spent a century trying to erase from our souls.

First, we are rediscovering Prudence, the practical wisdom to see the world as it is, not as we wish it to be. This is the antidote to the Left's Utopian Idealism, the gnostic heresy that promises a heaven on earth and delivers only a hell of inflation, crime, and chaos.

Second, we are rediscovering Justice, the real justice of equal application of the law and personal accountability. This is the cure for their perverse "social justice," a grievance-based caste system that punishes the innocent for the crimes of the past and excuses the guilty for the politics of the present.

Third, we are rediscovering Fortitude, the raw, unapologetic courage to face adversity and to defend what is ours. This is the antithesis of the Left's pathetic culture of "safetyism," of trigger warnings, safe spaces, and the cowardly mobbing of anyone who speaks a dissenting truth.

Finally, we are rediscovering Temperance, the self-control that is the bedrock of a civilized man. This is a direct assault on the Left's glorification of decadence, its celebration of hedonism, and its relentless war on every form of self-restraint, from the family to the nation.

This moral restoration is the engine of our political restoration. The movement that put a patriot back in the White House is not just about policies; it is the political manifestation of a people who have chosen to be virtuous again. They have chosen strength over weakness, reality over fantasy, and order over chaos. The slumber is over, but the fight against the demons of the long night has only just begun.

This would indeed be a fantastic start. I didn't send my kid to school to be raised by teachers, I sent him to get an education. There's a big difference and somewhere over the years the education system decided it was ok to raise your kids too. Not cool. And this goes for elementary, middle and high school and certainly colleges.

Agree. I am a high school teacher. I make sure my students have no idea who I voted for. The stuff I see going on in my school and public schools is sad. We as educators are here to help students learn and grow. It is bad at college campuses, but it is awful in public high schools as well.

We need more like you. That's the way it used to be and needs to be again. Thank you for being a great example and teacher!

That's a great example for your peers to follow. I remember back in my days in school, man I had no idea what their FIRST NAME was much less who they voted for or what their bedroom preference was. LOL

Bringing back sanity to education would be such a huge thing for this country and our kids. I really have no idea how to even get it there that won't take years (if not decades) of unwinding, at least at the public education level.
