The FCC made a mafioso statement threatening ABC and its affiliates over MAGA getting their fee fees hurt. That's still true, and it's still ridiculously unconstitutional.

ABC has since reversed course, which takes a lot of guts given that the FCC directly threatened them. That's makes Trump look like a loser, so I can see why you're pretending otherwise.

Nexstar is still stressed about their merger, so of course they're still playing along with the FCC.

Sinclair has always been a bunch of hyper-partisan a**holes, so any excuse to own the libs. I'm glad they're refreshing everyone's memory about that fact. In the future we should channel some of MAGA's new "public interest" energy and do something about them.

The ridiculous "official" story on the Kirk assassination is what has zero substantiation. Do you believe that those preposterous alleged text messages (between Robinson and his furry boyfriend) were real? Do you really believe that Robinson actually disassembled the rifle on the roof (which could NOT fit in a backpack), and then reassembled it to leave it in the woods? Do you believe that a 30-06 could strike his neck and NOT have an exit wound?

Very few conservatives are buying this official story. For example, I posted a tweet above with video of reporters (including Steve Bannon) at the Kirk memorial event, and they said that after talking and interacting with the people there and there audiences, they could not find anyone who believed the official story.

Yep, it can be exhausting. I guess we could sit back and just accept what we're told. Of course, we've already done quite a bit of that dating back to the JFK assassination; RFK too and MLK.... It doesn't seem to be serving us well that nicely. A lot of people died fighting for this country and it's declared independence and constitutional republic. I often reflect on my great, great, great great great granddaddy, who was hung by the governor of North Carolina in about 1771 for his leading the Battle of Alamance. He paid the ultimate price; I believe I'll honor him and be willing to fight like hell too I'm not worried about being tired even at a few months shy of 70 years old.

An eye for an eye is not a strategy that leads to success. We need to figure out how to get education back to neutral and not trading political policy blows with our children. Teach math, science, english, and civics, and do it without bias, do it with facts. Let kids make their own choices on their opinion on political issues.
