Another problem is that there is a lack of clearly defined rules for the forum. To my knowledge, as far as rules for the forums, all I've seen from the moderators are posts here and there on the subject of rules. And, as I understand, the main rules are to 1) keep "political" content off of the sports forums, 2) don't engage in personal attacks with other users (calling them vulger names, etc), and 3) don't post pornography.

It would be nice if there was a post "super-pinned" somewhere on the boards or something clearly defining the rules.

Aside from those very few rules, as far as I understand, all political and social viewpoints are allowed in The Water Cooler.

Yet, despite this, Leftists are "hard-wired" to think that they should be able to censor right-wing views -- for example, censoring people who believe the that homosexuality is a "sin" according to the Bible, and that these sinners will go to hell. I guess Leftists are emboldened to advocate censorship everywhere now because of the fact that Leftist-controlled Big Tech (Facebook, YouTube) has blatantly censored conservative and anti-Establishment speech over the last few years, as well as the general "cancel culture" where they think they can get anyone fired for right-wing views.

There's a big difference between taking offense to something, and being such a weak little sissy that you have to try to have those you disagree with be forcibly silenced.

Personally, I don't care that people call me names, as is typical around here. Call me whatever you want -- "conspiracy theorist", "crazy", etc. Using adjectives to describe and refer to people is part of normal and accepted conversation. And if davie's meta analysis is correct, even if people get asymptomatic infections then we will likely stop transmission and therefore end this mess. But we can't know that yet, even if we can predict that the vaccine will have a solid chance of stopping infection and transmission. Just can't say it yet.

You can personally choose whether or not you want to get the vaccine. But to come here and tell people to beware a vaccine about which you have an extremely poor understanding is unreasonable. You know nothing about the studies, how the vaccine works, what potential toxins it may have, what the adverse events were, the incidence of adverse events, the sequelae of adverse events, how effectiveness was defined, what the results mean, or anything else one can name. How can you act the expert when you can't correctly answer one question about it or logically interpret one bit of data presented? You make the false claims when you know absolutely nothing about which you speak. And somebody had the balls to suggest we should do our due diligence? It's simply mind boggling.

You are basing your claim that I "don't understand what she meant" solely upon your ASSUMPTION of what I might be thinking -- ie, trying to get inside my brain and create a strawman of something that I might be thinking.

I've posted several times in just the last few days about the toxic ingredients that are included in vaccines, in general -- including aluminum, mercury, and formaldehyde. Aluminum and mercury are neurotoxins that are causing autism, and other neurological disorders. And eczema and other immune response disorders are being caused by these toxic ingredients.

And I explained that Bell's Palsy is just one small example of the harm done by the vaccines. When you consider all of the other harmful effects (autism, eczema, other immune response disorders), you're talking about a HUGE percentage of people being negatively impacted by vaccines. Research is also linking many types of cancers to the toxic ingredients in the vaccines. And there are many other diseases which I'm not just thinking of off the top of my head that are also most likely linked to vaccines -- such as Crohn's disease and other illnesses that have skyrocketed in frequency in recent years.

What makes you so confident that this "covid" vaccine is even going to work? The vaccine for the flu hardly ever works. It is notoriously ineffective. They've tried to make vaccines for other types of coronaviruses (including the common cold) over the past several decades, and have been unsuccessful, even by their bogus standards of "effectiveness". But we are to believe that the vaunted "scientists" really have it together this time, and are going to create a vaccine that is "95% effective" for "covid-19" in just a few short months? Please.

Vaccines are not necessary to prevent disease. They cause much more harm, than good. The best defense against disease is to keep your body and immune system healthy and strong. God already gave us an IMMUNE system. I don't think he expected us to have to inject our veins with strange concoctions of dna, dead viruses, and other toxins in order to "be healthy".

The same way that people who get the flu vaccine still get infected by the flu (and still have symptoms and "get sick"). You are definitely clueless. There is more formaldehyde naturally in your body than is in any vaccine you will ever take. There's not any mercury in anything but certain flu vaccines. You can take a different flu vaccine without it if it matters. It's not in any others.

Local, state, and federal leaders that used to claim to be the party of science have now abandoned science and make decisions based on assumed power. And many questions the speed at which it came out and want to see a few more million citizen test cases before getting the shot.

The vaccine will become political, just like masks, because it's not about health. It's about power and conformity.

The lies about the masks is a huge issue that most people now just gloss over. Initially, in the first few months of this "covid" scamdemic, Fauci and the U.S. Surgeon General and most of the other so-called "experts" were telling us to not wear masks, even specifically stating that masks "do not prevent the spread of disease". Then, after just a few months, they did a 180 degree flip flop, and claimed that we must wear masks and that they now "are effective" at preventing spread of disease. And most of the sheeple don't even stop for one minute to scratch their heads and think about how they lied and flip-flopped?
