How do you say that with a straight face about a guy batting .411 with 33 homers?

Literally by his numbers, the fact that he struck out on the previous at bat meant he was likely due for a hit lol

Sometimes the threat of the bases being loaded is the boogeyman.

"There's teams in this event that have seen him for 2.5 years who know... there are ACC teams who see #s, video... we got him first time, we can pitch to him." - Commentators right now.

I don't care about the bases loaded as much as who is at the plate. There are certain guys in State's lineup you probably don't care if there's 9 guys on base, you'll see if they can get a hit and make it matter.

The UF guy has the most power in baseball.

The batter after Caglione is not a threat.

It would be like Florida walking a better Alex Makarewicz to load the bases in order to get Drew Lanphere at bat with 2 outs. Why is that hard to believe?

This is true. Easier to walk the bases loaded if you have a guy on the mound who knows where the plate is located

Every single seems to be "Avent sucks" here recently. Theres 7 more at bats for the pack in a 3 run game. Was Sullivan an idiot for starting Caglione? Lol

Dom was gonna have to give us a start either today or tomorrow. Avent said he thought Dom gave us the best chance to dominate their lineup and that showed early, fell apart in the 2nd. Giving Whit the ball here is the right move obviously.

Math just changes and Coop starts tomorrow if you win

Was Drew Lanphere the MVP of the regional? The guy after him is much less of a threat than Cags, but that's too much hyperbole.
