I can't stand ECU baseball and their following. Win something of significance in the postseason. Easily 4th in the state IMO.

Wake is the gold standard right now. State and UNC are right there from a longevity perspctive. I think State is more consistent, but UNC has more ACC titles and CWS appearances.

And Duke looks like the best team out of the gate this year with an ACC title in the last couple years (compared to UNC and NCSU, not Wake)

Hollis Fanning gives up a triple for Hawaii to cut the lead to 10-7.

Error on Butterworth, 10-8. Still 2 outs, guy on 1st in the bottom of the 8th

and just like that, Hawaii is scoring late again.

What is travel rule?

NC State has a commercial flight to catch, so the coaches agreed to not start an inning after 4pm Hawaii time so the Pack can get to the airport

Two series and two series wins with both losses coming in game 2 collapses. Would have been nice to get one of these sweeps and be 5-1 but you'll take 4-2. VCU and Hawaii aren't the lower level northeast teams we typically open with.

I'm hopeful that Sam and Dom can round into form and start giving some length. I think if they do that the bullpen will look a lot better only needing 9 outs instead of 15.

1 pitch. Ground ball to second I think. I imagine we see him throw again this week since the schedule is loaded.

Nice series W. Think this one is going to be good for the team. 5 games coming up this week. Midweek vs Queens will be tough due to travel back to Raleigh, then 4 vs Towson. Towson is 1-6 on the year, so would be nice to go 5-0 this week.

When we've struggled so far walks and errors have played a huge part and I doubt they'll be so persistent as the season plays out (knock on wood).

Trip of a lifetime for those guys and they took 2 of 3 from a pretty good team, to boot.

What are y'all's thoughts on the starting rotation so far?

that is my guess, but we'll find out soon. have 5 games next week will really allow some kids to get some innings.

we haven't seen guys like carson kelly, halford, win scott, shaffner, or miralia yet.
