Digital currency is the real threat, not just to privacy but also to property ownership protections. Trudeau proved that against the truckers.

I've missed the last several pages of this thread, but people need to keep up with this supposed "bird flu outbreak" in the U.S., that has now led to over 37 million chickens and turkeys being destroyed in just the last few months. It's being called the worst/biggest "bird flu outbreak" in history.

This is absolute insanity. The way this works is that if the Feds get just one PCR test of a chicken in a flock testing "positive", then the Feds order the destruction of the entire flock. You have entire farms being ordered by the Feds to destroy all their birds, with many farms completely shutting down and firing all their workers.

ONE test. That's it. And we know how "accurate" those PCR tests are.

Something VERY VERY fishy is going on here -- just like with the "covid" scamdemic plandemic. This is being orchestrated for an ulterior motive -- ie, to deliberately cause food shortages and drastic price increases.

Bird Flu Outbreak Nears Worst Ever in U.S. With 37 Million Animals Dead

Farmers have to destroy massive, infected flocks, leading to distressing scenes across the Midwest

A bird flu virus that's sweeping across the U.S. is rapidly becoming the country's worst outbreak, having already killed over 37 million chickens and turkeys, with more deaths expected through next month as farmers perform mass culls.

Under guidance of the federal government, farms must destroy entire commercial flocks if just one bird tests positive for the virus, to stop the spread. That's leading to distressing scenes across rural America. In Iowa, millions of animals in vast barns are suffocated in high temperatures or with poisonous foam.

As someone that has multiple friends who raise turkey's and chickens, it's not a war on the food supply. These birds have a disease. If you think it's a ruse or a hoax I can direct you to a field in Wayne county that has enough chickens and turkeys piled up that could feed you and everyone else for years

Oh, I believe that 37 million chickens and turkeys have actually been forcibly slaughtered, at the orders of the Feds.

But I do not believe they truly have some "deadly disease", in most cases. All it takes is one "positive" from a PCR test. One chicken out of an entire flock. And the PCR tests are a total joke, with tons of false positives in regard to the covid scamdemic, for example.

Once again, as with the draconian Wu Flu response, the Federal government (nor state governments) should not have this power. They should not have this authority, and the control over our food supply. Governments need to be reigned in, and stripped of these powers.

What's next...the Feds come knocking at the door of you and me with some small chicken coup in our back yard, demanding to PCR test your chickens, and then order them to be destroyed? Let's take it a step further...how about the Feds PCR test your plants in your small backyard garden? I'm sure your squash and okra might "have the bird flu" as well, right? Or some other disease, that "demands" that your garden be destroyed.

Hope the communist voters are enjoying it, and the price of everything skyrocketing.

This is what you voted for. You support massive debt and spending and socialist big government running everything. You believed in the official narrative of the Covid scamdemic, and supported the lockdowns and shutting down businesses, and sending people $1,000 checks to stay home and the rest of it, running up the national debt about $10 trillion over just the last couple years.

Now the chickens are coming home to roost.

While you're paying $4-5/gallon, let's also not forget about the Left shutting down oil and gas production.

Because we have to "save the world from the coming catastrophe" from non-existent "global warming" and the the sea level hypothetically rising 1/2 and inch and "drowning us all". Because the Left cares so much about human life, while they also fanatically push mass murdering tens of millions of unborn children, in order to lower worldwide human population in order to "save us from climate change" as well.

Enjoy paying $5/gallon, libtards. You wanted this. You believe every lie and scam the Establishment spoon feeds you.

They're talking about shortages of diesel here in the coming days/weeks.

How long until there are gasoline shortages too? What do you guys think about the prospect of rationing gasoline, and waiting in lines at the station to fill up (maybe) before the pumps run dry? How about paying $5 or $6 gallon?

It will all be worth it, won't it? Because we have to shut down oil production in order to save us from all dying from climate change. We have to phase out fossil fuels, as Comrade Brandon and the communist Left preach to us.

I mean, seriously guys...let's get real here for a second. The whole world is going to die if we don't get to zero carbon. This is a real crisis here. The science is settled. The models show that when that temperature rises half of a degree, the ice caps will be totally gone (for real this time) and Florida will be completely under water and mass hurricanes everywhere, and we will all die. There can be no debate about it. We won't allow a debate about it. There is no time to think or talk about it. We have to act NOW!! This is URGENT!!

Rampant inflation and not being able to afford to eat, fuel your car, or find affordable housing is not a problem at all. Let's go $10 trillion more into debt, and have hyperinflation. Not a big deal. The real crisis is climate change. We must ban all fossil fuels now! So be glad that we have to pay $5/gallon. You are helping to save the world.

Your communist overlords really love you. That's why their religion is murdering unborn babies. It's to reduce the population so we don't make climate change worse! And that's why they don't care that there are now shortages of baby formula. And when there isn't enough diesel to deliver food to the grocery stores, we can all starve. And that will further stop climate change. Can't you people see?! They're doing all this because they are humanitarians who love us so much!!

I don't want to deal with all the stress of the next few year's food riots. More conventionally, and in the meanwhile, if you want to make some almost guaranteed money, you could do worse than to short the bond market using vehicles like the ETFs TBT and TBF. The Bond market has only just begun to tank, and the runaway train to higher interest rates is just beginning to pick up steam. Inflation is going to drive the success of this investment because inflation will only be vanquished by full blown stock and bond market crashes which would yank huge amounts of liquidity out of the world economic structure….and that crash would be the signal to probably exit the bond shorting strategy.

The IMF calls for governments to provide universal basic income (welfare on steroids), because people can now no longer afford to live due to exploding inflation.

https://www.zerohedge.com/economics/universal-basic-income-imf-calls-governments-subsidize-food-and-energy

This is the communist plan to TOTALLY collapse our economy and totally enslave the people.

Massive socialist spending is what created this crisis (ie, inflation) in the first place. And now they are calling for even more massive spending (UBI) to "fix" the problem. This, of course, will only make things worse and make inflation skyrocket into hyper-inflation, and eventually completely destroy the currency within a relatively short time period.

Then, these Satanic Marxist elites can bring in their "Great Reset" plan for a new digital cashless currency, tied to a social credit score system.

Well...if you are in certain parts of the country (eg, out West) prepare for rolling blackouts as the power grid will be down at times because of the scheme to phase out fossil fuels (eg, shutting down coal-powered power plants) to "save the world from the global warming" hoax.

And prepare for diesel and gasoline shortages, per the deliberate agenda to phase out fossil fuels to "save the world from the global warming" hoax.

Prepare to pay $10/gallon for gas, which is being deliberately done (per statements by Biden) as part of the Left's plan for a "transition" away from fossil fuels.

And prepare for another year of about 20% inflation for the cost of food, housing, and everything else...caused by massive inflation from the socialist scheme of giving everyone $1,000 checks to stay home during the covid scamdemic, adding around $6 trillion to the national debt.

Get another job? Make some smart investments? Grown your own food in a garden?

Move into a compact city and abandon your personal vehicle and use public transportation and get on universal basic income (per U.N. Agenda 30 and the Marxist plan of the ruling elites), and become a modern-day serf/slave to the system?

Inflation is going to drive the success of this investment because inflation will only be vanquished by full blown stock and bond market crashes which would yank huge amounts of liquidity out of the world economic structure….and that crash would be the signal to probably exit the bond shorting strategy.

I listened to a guy, several weeks ago, saying: as much as it goes against his belief structure, the Fed "HAS" to continue printing money as it could be the only thing that prevents a total collapse of the system. That said, raising interest rates are going to have to happen; and, quit spending money!!! We need to quit a large segment of programs, in order to slow down the spending. It's unfortunate; however, we quit the programs or see them go away, anyway.. This stuff is no longer sustainable...

I do have some gold, but not enough to sustain me long term

I think the fellow that you listened to was correct on the printing money, it'll collapse the system if they stop. Unfortunately the world is dependent on us so if our system collapses the world economy will collapse outside of probably Russia because they have already drawn back so much. You may think that it would be China as well, but a large majority of China's manufacturing base is dedicated to providing for the US.

We need to do two things that won't be tenable to politicians because they won't get re-elected, which we all know is their #1 concern. First we need to increase our interest rates probably back up to 8-9% out the gate. Money is free right now, which isn't good. The second thing that we need to do is to cut back on government spending across the board by 10-15%. That should give us a fighting chance, although I do believe that government spending needs to be cut by at least 30-35% personally. The problem with doing this is that the middle/high income folks won't vote for you if you increase interest and then the low income folks won't vote for you if you cut government spending since a large part of them are dependent on government subsidies. Since none of the things that need to happen will actually happen we're just gonna ride this puppy down until it completely crashes and we get riots and bread lines. Makes me glad that I have a nice little garden, great water access for fishing (and even a crab pot) and the ability to hunt to feed my family. Also very grateful that I moved out of the city and I have a few acres in the middle of nowhere and away from everyone else.

It isn't designed to be sustainable. It's designed to collapse, and benefit the "elite" who run the system.

For those who don't know, our entire financial system is a GIGANTIC "ponzi scheme" in order to consolidate power and wealth into the hands of the ruling "elite" who run the system, and exploit and impoverish and confiscate the wealth of the masses.

First of all, paper currency is not money. It is counterfeit or fake "money", and also called "fiat currency". True money is something of intrinsic value. The Constitution explicitly states that all money in the United States shall be gold or silver coin -- because the Founders knew the danger of banks using paper currency to impoverish the masses. Paper is worthless, and if you give a bank the power to "create money" by printing worthless paper, then you are giving those banks (ie, the people who own the banks) ENORMOUS amounts of power. Going back in history, the origin of paper currency was it being used as a "certificate" of some gold or silver a person had stored in the bank. Eventually, people began to use the paper "certificates" as if it were money.

The Federal Reserve system (set up in 1913) is not a part of the Federal government. It is a privately-owned bank. This system gives a private bank the power to print worthless paper and then "magically" say that this paper has "value" and must be paid back at interest, and then be able to amass enormous wealth (by foreclosing on real property, using their fake money currency to buy up real assets, etc).

The second big issue is usury. Usury, or lending at interest, is a wicked practice that enables the lender to enslave borrowers, and trap them in a massive "cycle" of debt, where it takes much longer and much more effort and work to pay off the debt.

So, when you combine the fact that the Federal Reserve system (as well as virtually all wicked monetary systems in the world) allow private banks to print worthless paper money and then also charge usury/interest, you have a system of "evil genius", allowing the owners of these banks to essentially steal the entire wealth of the world.

Fiat usurious banking is the KEY to the power of the "elite" (aka, Illuminati Luciferians who are orchestrating the "New World Order" aka "Great Reset" agenda). Going back centuries, it has enabled this cabal to amass astronomical wealth -- enabling them to buy up entire industries (the press/media, oil companies, all banks, etc), and eventually become so powerful that they can buy off and control politicians and governments.

Yes, buying silver and gold is one decent way to hedge against inflation and protect your wealth against destruction by inflation. Also just transfer your worthless Federal Reserve fiat counterfeit notes, and use them to buy other real assets -- land, property, food, guns, ammunition, tools, etc.

As for long-term solutions.... ultimately, the solution is to abolish the Federal Reserve, and all usurious fiat currency systems -- and remove the power of private banking cartels to control our economy, and crash it on purpose and impoverish the masses and confiscate their wealth.

But that would require new laws from our government (which this cabal controls). Therefore, in the meantime, the best a person can do is try to remove themselves from "the system" as much as possible. Ideally, for example, a person should engage in bartering as much as possible. If you trade or barter items that you have, then that will cut out the use of their currency (avoiding taxes, etc).

Another option is to set up alternative systems of currency -- such as a company or town issuing it's own currency. Of course, the Federal government will not allow that. But people could band together and do it anyway, and sort of "skirt around" the legal issues by "unofficially" using some other asset or system as an alternative. If there was enough gold and silver in circulation, people could also just go back to using gold and silver as currency.
