Stop. Getting. Tested.

Treat being sick like you've treated sickness for the previous how-ever-many years you've been alive. Stay away from others if you don't feel well and medicate your symptoms. Only seek medical help when necessary. It's the only way through this ****ing debacle.

Well said. My family is using common sense. We don't hAve a choice with school policy. But everything else is our judgement of symptoms, feelings, etc.

I live close enough to Wake Forest (no mask mandate) that my wife and I drive there for dinner a couple of nights a week. We have a couple of restaurants in Raleigh we frequent that do not require masks and do not include any signs on the doors. I have given up on most of the elected officials in the big cities to do anything based on science and data. It is all about feelings at this point.

Also, Raleigh's mayor and city council decided to not hold elections this year, using the late release of census data to hold onto power. Most of the other incorporated towns in Wake County did not follow their lead and are having elections.

If we had an honest State attorney general, Raleigh wouldn't have gotten away with that. Everyone is focused on Cooper but the communist Josh Stein is the real threat to the rule of law.

Evidence of the lab leak theory from the WIV continues to mount. Additionally, the NIH has now admitted they did fund gain of function research that was conducted at the WIV and earlier statements to the contrary were not accurate. Fauci and others want this to go away, but some really smart people will continue to put pressure on him and others, both in the US government and researches around the world, to come clean. The CCP will do everything possible to continue the cover-up and will never allow a full investigation. Bottom line - research on bat viruses should NEVER be conducted in Level 2 labs.

Same group of people behind the gain of function virus studies and essentially he same behind the conveniently available JAB solution?

Ivermectin can be found on the NIH website as a cure for COVID..... but its reported to be a horse pill on the MSM?

Hydroxy found to be benefiting parts of Africa's population with the virus but MSM says its going to damage your heart

Grow a brain! Generally there are two types of false flags. One is actually faked and the other is carried out. This one is carried out but dramatized to create massive hysteria and fear. Turn off the TV news, the celebrities and sports stars as they are all owned and controlled.

I think that is one of the nicest take downs of this study by Kulldorff. You can find much better breakdowns of the 100 different ways this is flawed with very little effort

I have said it before about MMWR, it is the propaganda arm of the CDC. The results are probably predetermined, or the dataset is so small or collected in such a way to show the desired results. Selection bias, etc. Pure manipulation.

The limitations even listed in the study are massive.

There is a reason this shows the exact opposite of a much more robust study done in Israel.

The CDC needs just enough marginal data to show the desired effect to make the infographic.

The CDC got what they wanted out of this, a cute infographic, and some headlines. This study was one of the top headlines on WRAL this morning (even though it is junk).

And all the people who skim headlines continue to have the lies reinforced and believe actual science is being done. Or for that matter analysis that is not massively flawed.

EDIT: Here is one discussing this study... only because it popped up and was immediately in front of me.

3rd shot update: So my symptoms have continued to evolve. Every day is different. Today it's no fever but chills and gastrointestinal issues and fatigue. I've been in touch with the Doctor but if this doesn't change up tomorrow I'm going to urgent care. I'm so uncomfortable

Another more in depth thread from this morning.

10a/ CONCLUSION: It appears that this study was specifically designed to derive a result favorable to the CDC narrative. The design and methods are peculiar and seem constructed in a deliberate manner different than other studies on the same topic.

Its a tough gig to get into the weeds on scientific data and particularly when one side has essentially 99% of global wealth in their pocket to create the narrative they want.

Watch the video posted in the thread "monopoly". If still not not convinced then watch the thread "uncensored truth". Understanding the big picture is all we as Americans need to know. Our constitution is truly the last line of defense globally.

JUST LOOKED ..........entire thread removed. Whoa. Look on Rumble dot com and search for "MONOPOLY"...The video goes through ownership of global assets, control of those assets and the openly discussed plan to reduce civilization to essentially slavery and the use of a coronavirus to drive global vaccination as an essential part of that plan. It will shock and unsettle most of you if this is your 1st exposure to this reality. BE NOT AFRAID as when we come together we will easily defeat these monsters.

So update, the 3rd shot has driven my endocrine system into chaos. This is something that I've managed for years very well, but I've have these huge spikes in blood sugar and ketones that shouldn't be happening. I'm feeling better but it's been wild.

Sorry to hear, hope all is well.

Good friends' of ours teen daughter has developed Type 1 Diabetes as a result of the vaccine. Apparently it is a thing with vaccines or virus. Might require some sort of genetic predisposition? I certainly don't pretend to understand all the mechanics.

Hoping for your best health.

No, not considered healthy but also not considered near deaths door, I have conditions that I've been managing successfully for a while

One of my clerical persons perfectly healthy sister developed Bells Palsy 5 days after the 2nd shot. Anther friend's mother died from a heart attack just 3 days after her 2nd shot. My X wife's friend's father died in the emergency room early in the pandemic and the hospital called it COVID.

Another point; a prior significant other of mine is a VP for a large Tidewater, Va hospital system of mutliple locations and 6,000 employees who were being told they must take the JABs starting Oct. She refused to take the jabs herself and is retiring to move to her new home in Sarasoto Florida. She told me on the phone 4-5 weeks back "JT, I was going to work another 4-5 years (She's 60) but I refuse to wear the mask any longer. She also stated emphatically that she will be be a participant in this hoax any longer". She said there is a virus but its being way over hyped and not a pandemic that its being pushed out to be. A significant portion of the hospital operation she was in charge of included coding, billing and collections". Take it for what its worth........and I may be retiring to Sarasota Florida before long .. One other thing, she tells me that the hospital has NOW backed off its mandate of taking the shot and is providing employees with a very simple easy form to object to the shot.....HR backed off.

And if you get covid, your odds of dieing are greatly increased versus getting it after being vaccinated which would greatly reduce your chances of telling your grandchildren anything.

No. Your odds of dying when you get covid are not greatly increased. Your odds of dying are still extremely minimal. The "reduces your chances of telling your grandchildren anything" nonsense to support firing people for not getting vaccinated is pretty pitiful.

Never have supported firing people who aren't vaccinated. Your odds of dieing from covid may be low but as I said, they are a lot higher then your odds of dieing if you are fully vaccinated.

Hokie,

1. All previous good natured fun aside, certainly hate to hear that you are having / have had the more elevated side effects with your *first* booster. I do respect that you were allowed to make that choice for yourself (to get it) and that it wasn't unduly required of you. Whatever information that you have - and hopefully will continue to post here - helps us all (even though all of our bodies might be different in their own ways) have a better understanding of potential things we may / may not potentially run into if / when we have to make that same decision in the future.

2. Outside of you and your physician's conversation, did you have any other outside influences (ie. job requirements or other) that entered into that decision-making process?

3. Hope the next update is 100% positive.

Hokie (and others here feel free to comment as well),

4. Do you feel that your elevated "reaction" (for lack of a better term) to your *first* booster indicates that you still had a high level of immunity from your first two (2) doses?

I'm still in learning mode on a lot of things and trying to learn more as we all go forward from here. Thanks.

I can report that the Moderna booster plus annual flu vaccine combo resulted in sore shoulders and maybe some mild tiredness and a slight headache the day of the shots for both myself and my wife (my wife just had the sore shoulders). Far less of a reaction (and less painful) than from the initial J&J shot by itself. So, a couple of data points FWIW.

Our local county has their page up showing that boosters are now available to the general public if your timeframes are correct.

They also (on that same page) have the 14 day disclaimer up about if you've had another vaccine, not to get your booster yet.

Love the consistency.

Edited to add: doglasma - I just now caught your "sore shoulders" comment above (as in plural)... did they give you the booster in one arm and the flu shot in the other? Just curious, because I don't remember people talking about both arms being sore the first time(s) around. *I didn't get a sore shoulder (or arm) either time with my two original Pfizer's.

My dad (87 year old with several significant health conditions) got his booster (Moderna) last Thursday. Only side-effect was a sore arm for a couple of days. On the advice of his doctor, he will wait 14 days until he gets the flu vaccine.
