I disagree with you to some degree here. We are seeing sustained leveling and decline, save the spike from colleges, across most metrics. I think he's probably feeling some heat with the Federal unemployment no longer supplementing the State unemployment. I think that combined with improving numbers has made it a clear story to open additional things up that have been closed up until this point. Personally I'm keeping my fingers crossed for movie theaters...
