Agreed - probably makes most sense to target places where people haven't had the time to look into the safety and efficacy of the vaccines, whether that's due to lack of resources (internet, personal friends that are in jobs like doctors) , lack of time (working a lot of hours at manual labor jobs that don't allow for browsing the internet and reading), or lack of interest.

So "make believe" places in the United States with no internet where people work manual labor jobs that don't allow time to read. Lol. Godalmighty.
What is make believe about millions of homes in the US not having a computer / tablet or internet service?
What is make believe about millions of people working at jobs where they are on their feet all day and don't have time to browse the internet?
What is make believe about those millions of people not having time to dedicate to reading about the efficacy levels of vaccines?

Makes much more sense to have information spoon fed if you are working to inform people that don't have the time / resources / interest in getting information themselves. You may say "well that's their fault" but it's sort of like a group project where we need people to be a part of the solution even if they don't put in the work that others do.

Really emphasizes what a religion coronavirus is for some. The followers assume all who haven't done as per the word of Fauci are assumed to be ignorant or uninformed. Government missionaries are then deployed to spread the word offering up a Eucharistic vaccine as forgiveness for their sins.

95% of people consume internet through mobile devices. Maybe we can send the missionaries based on Verizon and AT&T service maps.

Absolutely...... let's make sure we indoctrinate all the people in areas we need votes from that haven't had the vaccine... you know what demographic is the most reluctant?

So if I'm hearing you right, and this isn't a criticism but a sincere inquiry, you're speculating that the Bidenites actually think unvaccinated folks are in severe danger and because Biden voters of a particular demographic are known to be loathe to take the shot, they're scared a lot of their voters could die before the next election?

Your entire premise is make believe.

People not getting vaccinated is part of the solution of the group project. Some people just need to understand that.

Here is an analysis that shows correlation of lower vaccination rates with the following:

  • States with higher proportions of single parent households
  • States with higher percent of households without internet
  • States with lower percent of residents with bachelors degree or higher
  • States with higher percent of uninsured residents
  • States with lower household income

https://www.goodrx.com/blog/covid-19-vaccine-rollout-privilege-gaps-between-states/

If the question is where to concentrate additional information and make it easier to get vaccinated, it makes sense to focus on those locations, which was the original question posed.

LOL, we have heard for 8 months now that the volume of people who didn't even have a form of ID was large enough to swing an election, but that same group of people have someone gotten all the latest news on vaccinations and are all good?

We also argue here all the time about misinformation and how it is distributed (from all sides), yet we think people who have chosen not be vaccinated were not ones influenced by any of this misinformation.

Clearly, millions....maybe even the predominant, volume of people unvaccinated here have done so on their own volition, and made that decision after research....but that could mean millions, maybe 10s of millions who who didn't have that same level of info. I think its ok to suggest those people could be better informed.

That was my original question back to you --- so you accept there are plenty of people who could be better informed, and likely -- health improved -- you just don't think its worth it.

To answer your question... NO. I don't think they are worried about them dying. I think they have to keep them scared and make sure they know that the GOVERNMENT is going to take care of them regardless and that GOVERNMENT is the SOCIALIST/MARXIST Party that is currently in power.

Fear is a hell of a motivator. So is making sure that the people who receive a majority of GOVERNMENT assistance knows who is schilling for them and making sure they continue to live the lives they do regardless of how futile and bad they may be. For them it's a good life. It's the only life they've known or seen due to the left always telling them "it's as good as it gets because Republicans won't give you a chance to do better."

If nothing else they do the lefties have made class warfare and social issues their forefront on obtaining and keeping power.

Their voting block needs a Great Awakening.. .but if they aren't willing to put forth effort to better their own situations then they will always be beholden to the GOVERNMENT.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/vaccines-may-curb-virus-mutations-162917356.html

There is a second in this article that I have below that discusses how soft drinks can cause a positive COVID test:

Teenagers have figured out how to use soft drinks to fake a positive COVID-19 test, and the authors of a new study warn schools and other groups to be aware. As of July 1, videos uploaded to social media under the search term #fakecovidtest, featuring young people applying various liquids to rapid antigen COVID-19 tests, had been viewed millions of times, according to the British news website inews.co.uk. That report https://bit.ly/3hLMoWT, and others, prompted University of Liverpool researchers to study the effects of applying soft drinks and artificial sweeteners to the test swabs. All four sweeteners tested produced negative results on rapid COVID-19 tests, as did spring water. But 10 of 14 soft drinks produced positive or weakly positive results, with no apparent link between the test results and the soft drinks' ingredients, the researchers reported on Monday on medRxiv ahead of peer review. Since March, UK schools have asked pupils without symptoms to test twice weekly, the authors note. A positive test can result in an entire class having to isolate at home. Based on their findings, they advise, testing "should be performed first thing in the morning, prior to the consumption of any food or drinks, and supervised where feasible." (https://bit.ly/2V8ckV4)

Well you absolutely nailed the lefty talking points of the day. I have been driving most of the afternoon and flipping channels. I see you have been listening as well.

I'll address three of the statements in bold. You, like usual, cherry picked the topics you wish to discuss.

1 - Which states have high number of single parent households? Which cities? What party is in charge of those cities politically? Doesn't the BLM mantra call for abolishing the "traditional nuclear family" because it is racist?"

And in fact, if that' the case shouldn't single family households be welcomed and embraced by you and the rest of the "woke" comrades? Be careful what you post. I'm not new at this. You, like your ilk, talk from both sides of your mouth depending on what the topic is and who you are talking to.

2 - Where do households not have access to the internet? Inner cities? False. Outlying areas in mountainous regions? Possibly. Please... after last year's lock downs there wasn't a school system in America that didn't provide laptops and tablets for their kids. That is a blatant lie/falsehood that I will give you a chance to retract. Yes.. there are areas that do not have internet service. But if you check with their parents I guarantee you that 100% of them have cell phones and use the WiFi via their phone provider. Show me a phone that doesn't have access to the internet outside of a flip phone and you know damn well those folks aren't going without the internet. Now... whether or not they provide for their children's education it is on them. That is a topic for another day. But... again, retract your comment or I will assume you were being dishonest on purpose.

3 - After ObummerCare I thought all the medical problems were solved. If there are people uninsured it is 100% on them. You and your team have lauded the ObummerCare as the greatest thing since sliced bread. If you have members of your SOCIALIST/MARXIST Party that are uninsured it is on you and your comrades. It has been approved by the SCOTUS on three occasions over the last 10 years. You are either saying that the people without insurance aren't smart enough to obtain ObummerCare, too lazy to register for it, don't know how to do it or.... just don't care enough. If that's the case how far should the Government involvement go? Do you want people in houses making sure it is done? If that's that case then why stop there?

You lefties never stop at the basics. Next thing you know you will want people going door to door to make sure people vote. I mean I could even see a situation where you canvas areas with activists to "harvest" ballots from voters who never leave home to go to the grocery store, church, buy new clothes, visit family/friends etc... Wow... wouldn't that be something to behold?

I have traveled the United States for 18+ years for work and I have seen from one extreme to the next. I have seen the inner cities, desolate areas of the West, farmlands where the fields go on for miles and only a few houses are dotted along the roads. I have never come across these areas you and your comrades constantly tell people about. Riddle me this.... list 5 places that meet that list you posted. Take your time. And when you do... I'm certain there are less than 100 total residences that meet all three of those.

You lefties are something else. You provide me with much needed entertainment when you try to "prove" your points.

Once again... I'll wait for your response.

Why is this so important? I'd place a bet that most people unvaccinated is because they have a hesitancy. So, what additional information do they really need, at this time? I think time is the only cure for the hesitant.

If the vaccine results, over time, is safe, then more hesitant people may get the vaccine. If it doesn't, then the hesitant people will be shown to have the most common sense, right?

Sure, but we all watch tv and have internet, and for the most part are reasonable and intelligent people, and still have posters filled with incorrect information (whether purposefully or out of ignorance). We have posters who then ask even more informed folks like Mormad and Wayland and Davie, and have access to a lot more, lets say "unbiased" info, perhaps even medically based to then make a decision.
I just think there are plenty of people who don't have that available, even if they can watch ESPN on their phone.

If there is a way to make them more informed, I'm all for it.

Again, you could argue people have plenty of opportunity (and reason) to have gotten previously registered to vote, but still had not done so, until groups made extended efforts to make that happen. Why not do something that can have a health impact on their lives.

Because we don't believe it's the government's duty or right to go door to door pushing a vaccine on people that have had ample opportunity and time to research for themselves. I get that some people believe that because a person is poor, or a single parent, or does manual labor that they are incapable of making reasoned decisions for themselves, but I don't. People are not always going to make the same decision as you do even if they have the same information.

I just saw this information on the news and thought it was very strange. I can not find the hospitalization information for Japan on the Our World Data site, but I did find the latest Cases and Vaccination data. Compared to the US, Japan has a much lower number of cases (per 1M people) than the US and in the US, we are allowing fans at most sporting events.

The big issue for Japan appears to be vaccination levels. I do not know if they have a shortage of available vaccines or if their is a general reluctance on the part of the Japanese population to get vaccinated, but they are running well behind the US (normalized for population size) with regards to the percentage of the population being vaccinated. Just as we are seeing in the US, fewer people are being vaccinated daily, but in Japan, it appears to be a more immediate and abrupt change in daily vaccinations.

Comparison of Cases - Japan vs US (normalized for population):

Comparison of Percent of Population Vaccinated - Japan vs US (normalized for population):
