Still undrafted. I had figured he entered the portal to give himself more leverage in draft negotiation. How do we get him in red and white?

Do we expect CJ to stay with the Angels org? Any chance he enrolls with us?

You hope he's not drafted until really late and give a lot of money to the collective. Even then it's probably a long shot.

He's getting less than $200k if he falls to the 10th - unless they pay over slot. Wonder what his value is in portal. Gotta think someone would give him that.

I should add I would think there is an SEC school or 3 that would give him $200k.

Was just about to post that I think him and Fraasman are probably coming back. With his leverage, id think he would have been drafted by now.

And fraasman has 2 years because of the new ncaa rule i think I am not sure

Andrew's is a wild card to me. Draft eligible but team doesn't take him/meet his number. Why come back to be a middle reliever or weekday guy?

Not sure what you are getting at? Do you think he signs a FA deal? He could easily do that, but lets be real- metrics wise, he seems solid. But he isn't even a good ACC pitcher right now

I'm saying I'm not coming back to be a midweek guy or middle reliever, that's me though. I want to start, either here or somewhere else my draft year.

Maybe he sticks in the rotation and Dudan in the pen? Will be interesting to see what happens.

But you could be right, maybe the coaches just really like him and want him as a weekend guy. Personally, I hope not, but it's not my call

You are allowed to get better. I would certainly want him back. He is a quality arm to plug in somewhere. Maybe he is a back of thr bullpen guy instead of a starter.

I'd imagine some kind of conversation was had at the end of the season between him and the coaches.

I'd just find it hard to believe he'd be coming back and giving up a weekend spot in the rotation during his draft year.

I wonder more about Dudan and if he actually moves to the rotation or not. I thought Villiman would have moved back [color=#202122][font=sans-serif]to the rotation after his sophomore year but didn't.
