I'm not sure why it is surprising. We have known all year this team was going to struggle at the plate. Just because they show signs of hope for a game, series, or even a week or two. Does not change anything.

It's kinda like all those times your ex wife told you things would change or be different and you were foolish enough to believe her.

Right they are literally the worst pitching staff in the ACC by ERA but we're gonna say this on our pitching staff for giving up 4 runs per game. Lol okay

This has been the worst collective hitting display with some of the worst situational hitting/at bats I've ever seen an NC State team turn in. Losing this series is like losing to wake forest in football several years ago when they were down to like their 3rd qb when a win would have gotten us in the championship game. Just about as bad as it gets.
