I swear some of yall haven't watched Highfill ever before. This is what he does. Attacks both sides of the plate with his fastball. Nibbles and makes guys question ball v. strike. It's what makes him a damn good college pitcher.
This ump has one spot high and outside he gives pitcher but otherwise has a much tighter (more accurate) zone than you typically see in college and Sam is living just outside of it
