COMMIT ALERT: Colorado Guard Desiree Wooten Picks NC State

NC State has been looking to add perimeter shooting and the Wolfpack just landed a commitment from Colorado guard Desiree Wooten.

A 2026 Honorable Mention All-Big 12 pick, Wooten averaged 13.3 points per game while shooting 35% from three. 

A solid defender, Wooten was previously at North Texas where she earned Second Team All-AAC honors as well as being named to the All-AAC Defensive Team.
