Regional Sports Networks from across the conference footprint and across the nation will carry all 14 games on Tuesday through Saturday. Sunday's noon championship game will televised nationally by ESPN2. All games will also be available via the ACC Network Extra.

The ACC Baseball Championship FanFest will be held Saturday, May 25, from noon to 5 p.m. during the semifinals of the championship. The free event, located on Blackwell Street outside of the Durham Bulls Athletic Park and Historic American Tobacco Campus, includes live music, interactive games, student-athlete autographs, and giveaways. Lost 2 out of 3 to WF this year & pitching really struggled. If I was Avent I would start Parker, he has been the most steady & consistently reliable Pitcher all year. Next, against FSU I would go with either Harrison or Silver, gonna have to rely on that bullpen as well.. Have Johnston in case of trouble or for Sat/Sun. A win though in that first game is very important. Lord, I hope that bats show up in the tourney.

They started their Friday guy in Peluse and he didn't last long but tossed over 80 pitches. Their most used reliever went almost 4 innings and threw 42 pitches and another often used bullpen arm threw 48 pitches. Wake's pitching staff is pretty shaky but they can hit themselves into any game just about, as we saw previously against them.

Hope State starts Parker, seems to have been State's most reliable & dependable pitcher all year. Gotta win the game in front of you, not look to the next.

You're right. FSU doesn't matter...but seriously...you know FSU doesn't matter right? All we have to do is beat Wake. The FSU game basically doesn't count. That being said...i actually think Reid has been better the last month. But assume just needing to win one game to get to Saturday Parker will get the ball.

Looking ahead.... we win on Thursday we advance, we lose -- then we don't.
It's as simple as that, correct?

So ASSUMING we beat Wake on Thursday then I can't imagine us throwing any pitchers of value on Friday against FSU -- unless Avent thinks it will somehow affect NCAA seeding.
I say throw the bottom 2-3 guys on the staff and save everyone of importance for a run at the ACC title.

Yes that is correct. Wake game is the only one that counts. I hope we throw a midweek guy Friday against FSU (unless we lose to Wake then throw your best to get a W and stay on schedule heading into the regionals.)

The only time FSU matters is if we lose to Wake Thursday night. Then FSU matters for regional positioning.

If we beat Wake Thursday night, then you throw a Walk on, the bullpen catcher, and the best 12 year old little leaguer around against FSU.

I guarantee you I could get an out with my knuckleball. I wouldn't look real good in the uniform though.
