Penske controls that car. Honestly I don't know how much the Woods are involved. To add, Josh's problem is that he isn't funded and for a period wrecked a lot of cars. Not a good combination.

Didn't realize until I read today that the Woods brothers really haven't been a big part of the driver changes. I would've taken Josh Berry over Austin Hill, though.

Yeah really surprised that RCR didnt take Josh Berry. Berry has been a Chevy guy his whole career up until the Woods Bros ride. Thought he would have slid into the RCR ride quite easily.

RCR now has two rides open in the O'Reilly series.

The family is involved but I don't think it's really deep. I believe Penske brings most of the sponsorships outside of Motor Craft. The pit crew, crew chief and so on are Penske. Some folks have argued that the 21 at times is a developmental team for Penske, which may answer some questions about the revolving door of drivers. Also, glad to see you Steve here on this thread!

Looks like this race may move to another base in 2028.

Also, Storm isn't going to like this.

.@USANetwork averaged 2.0 million viewers for Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series Dollar Tree 301 @NHMS after the rain delay, or 1.793 million when including the rain delay.

I have to admit that it kind of fits perfectly with the rest of the season so far... and yeah, while I knew that he had zero chance to win, it was somewhat nice to at least see him up in the top 3-5 on those mid-late race restarts until the proverbial "wheels fell off"...

Did they ever figure out how the tire came off after 19 laps?

Berry's chances keep dropping.

Take it all in. I won't be there, our next race is the Southern 500. Ya'll camping? BTW, my father in law is working that race ( Daytona ). They hate the late night....lol

I can imagine it's not great to work. We rented a place by the beach so we could enjoy it while not at the race. Won't be at Darlington but headed to Bristol in September for the night race.

Looks like FedEX is replacing Craftsman for the title sponsor for the truck series.
