Meh. Probably poor taste but McCain voted against repealing Obamacare, which is what was being referenced. I'm sure you are outraged by it. To me it's a nothingburger, and I voted for McCain years ago. I bet you didn't. But now you like the memory of him because of your TDS.

Zzzzzz

Same omg outrage, different day.

I've never seen a military man go into politics and keep their good reputation and character, with the possible exception of Jeremiah Denton, who served one term in the Senate, then walked away in disgust. The three Johns (McCain, Glenn, and Kerry) exemplify this well. Though in the case of Kerry, he was rotten to begin with, a true PX warrior who used the military to punch a ticket, and got out as fast as he could. As for McCain, I bet there are those here who didn't praise him when he ran against Obama as they do now.

Trump definitely has false accusers. Especially now that so many have TDS like civ they would line up for it. Unlike civ, I'm not a neutered man that can't admit that women do in fact lie.

Really? Women sometimes lie? What a clear-eyed and courageous beacon of truth you are.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

We know Trump cheats on his wives, pays off porn stars and Playboy bunnies he bangs, brags about grabbing women by the *****, makes gross sex jokes about his own daughter, would routinely walk through the changing room at his beauty pageants, and was found civilly liable of sex assault.

But for some reason despite that clear pattern of known misogynistic behavior we should believe all of his 20-odd accusers are Democratic plants, and none of them are actual victims of sex assault.

Makes total sense.

A false flag event starting in the Black Sea is discussed.....to bring on martial law and possible delay of elections. .... one of numerous options.

Yes, John McCain was captured and held in a prison. I hate it for him! Hell, we have people, in a prison, for 3 years, because on January 6th.

What's the real difference here? You have two different type of people, being held in a prison, without a trial!!

BTW, McCain was the epitome of Neo-Con, Neo-Liberal politician.

In the heat of campaigns, people say things that others don't like. Look what the idiot, in the White House, said yesterday to start off his campaign. I think it's one of the most divisive speeches we've ever heard, especially for a guy that claims to be a unifier…

But you can guarandamntee he is voting for him.

Another one of his faux stances.

Are you proud that your girl has black friends? What a gaffe. I'm sure you'd be triggered if you know who said that.

Love how the left and TDS crowd is trying to deflect from their girl.
Haley's comment is taken completely out of context and if you'd seen the town hall you would know this. Instead, you believe the spin machine that you seem to loath whenever they do the same thing to Trump.

Everything Trump did post the 2020 election until he left office. The keeping of documents at Mar-a-lago. The general saying crazy **** about the constitution in his speeches, etc.

Hokie, lets be real here...

  • Trump believed the election was stolen from him. Whether you or anybody else believes it, it's irrelevant. Anything they try and indict him on will be overturned. You know it, he knows it, everyone knows it...
  • The Mar-a-lago story is going to die as there's nothing there. People don't like Trump; so, they make this story more than it is
  • He said he would be a dictator, for one day, in a speech. Every sane person knows what he meant, as he said it at the same time. Executive orders that have been placed by Biden will be overturned. If you don't like that, then you, and everyone else, should be up in arms, when Biden did them!
  • Other constitution things... I would need to see the comment and context (you know nuance for some) and I'll comment. If Trump wants to blow up the constitution, then I'll be the first person calling him out and would not support him!

People really have different world views. Are they getting anymore wedged? I don't know. Have we had a President get a true landslide win, since Regan? I don't think so! Hell, the beloved Clinton only won with about 43% of the vote, if that much.

That the right so willing, eager, even to let a medical issue personally affecting .008% of kids age 12-17 to so consistently enter the conversation in the runup to the election illustrates perfectly how the right continues to step on their own dick electorally.

Our country would be a helluva lot better off if the Trump-worshiping and Trump-adjacent right was as concerned with preserving democracy and participating in sensible health care legislation for 100% of the country as they were dictating medical decisions affecting an infintesimally small proportion of teenage children.

Were the messages sent in 2018 and 2020 and 2022 that the right's pet culture war causes are not election winners not enough? Gonna keep riding the drag queen and trans surgeries and locker room issues straight into the ground, huh?

At this point the right throwing their weight behind Haley is as sure a bet as you can have that Biden won't win. Trump may win but distracting the conversation with abortion and trans kids is not going to help you get there at all.

I think pragmatically that non-reversible medical procedures to treat gender dysphoria in teens is inadvisable if there is any conceivable alternative and incredibly fraught, regardless.

But if your kids was affected, gender dysphoric and in extreme emotional distress and potentially suicidal despite the intense care of therapists and psychiatrists and the rest of their medical team, do you think the government should step in to prevent care?

I can't even imagine the anguish of the kid or the parent in that situation. There are zero easy answers but I'm pretty sure the answer we don't want as parents is the government outlawing the medical care that could potentially save my child.

Nobody gives a **** what the guy that supports mutulating a hormonal teenager thinks republicans should do. You're not a Republican. You're not independent. You're not even a traditional Democrat. You are far left.

Far leftists wanting Haley is enough for republicans not to vote for her.

There is ZERO logic behind mutilating a hormonal teenager. You are so obsessed with transgender support it is disturbing. Government SHOULD outlaw crazy parents from being able to multilate their child to satisfy their own woke egos.

You don't need to care what I think but you damn-sure better care what the electorate thinks or else the Pubs will lose again, just like in 18, 20, and 22.

This is just more hysteria from the right.

The right has completely lost its rudder.

The right is consumed with Trump and just staking out a position opposite of what the left says, instead of figuring out what's best for the right or our country indpendent of what the left thinks. It's all about opposing the left, the MSM, the LGBTQ crowd, the woke, whatever they think most typifies the left instead of thinking independently and actually governing proactively instead of simply responding to the left.

One of the many things that's dumb about this approach is it completely rules out bipartisan or pragmatic decisions that the right and left can agree on. Because anything anyone on the left says or thinks or wants must be wrong simply because they said it.

I'd give my left nut to hear what Reagan or HW or W or Ford honestly thought about the current state of things in the Republican party.
packgrad
How long do you want to ignore this user?
More gaslighting from Civ. Just like his party they accuse the right of doing everything they actually do.

You and your party don't believe in bipartisanship. You all believe in indoctrination, redefining words, playing the victim, and pitting groups against each other. Your party isn't looking for bipartisan solutions or pragmatic decisions. You're not either. You go in lockstep with everything controversial that democrats support.

You know what's dumb about your approach? You're a hypocrite. You want Republicans to bend the knee, yet democrats never bend the knee. The party knows they don't have to because their supporters are sheep. They don't care there is no democrat primary for an 81 year old incumbent with dementia. Th way don't care that the 81 year old man with dementia is not even the one making decisions. He's just a puppet. They don't care that unelected officials are running the country. The Democrat party doesn't have to be accountable to their country. Their supporters blindly go in lockstep with whatever they say. You damn sure can't say that about republicans.

What would those former Republican presidents think about the current Republican Party? That they have gone far too left in trying to govern with the democrats. What would they think about the current Democrat party? That their bat**** ****ing crazy….. and they would be right on both accounts.
