Smapty is the problem. His lack of self awareness is amazing. I attempted to contribute about business I own and what I see happening in real life and he insulted me numerous times.

Saying that, I have only 2 people on this site on ignore and they both post often in the WC.

And honeslty Cary, the insults that fly around overhear are just way over the top. The sports board are no where near as bad. If the best you can come up with is me turning a comment by another poster saying they MAY be something then you and I know it is not as close.

I'm not saying they are close... not at all. The comments made about Hokie were truly over the top. Even from people I align with politically.

My point is that people see things differently. That's all. For me, the post I used of yours... they didn't bother me. It was a quick find for the purpose of showing how one post can be (potentially) offensive to another. My call out and your response did exactly what I was expecting... justification of a post; regardless of how egregious it may be...

I'm not saying you're wrong, or saying which one is worse than the other. I don't know how you quantify that. But, just in the last week, AA posted "**** you" to one poster and "**** you too" to another poster. I don't think the dialogue is particularly better over there personally.
