Tomorrow's show is going to be about Signal, but they were previewing that today. Butrill started out by saying Quiet Whispers was the original company that became Signal. Both were formed by wait for it, the CIA, just like USAID and other NGO companies. So there is a possibility that Waltz's phone was hacked from an outside source. We'll see what else they come up with tomorrow.

4. Goldberg further wrote that the chat included information that HE believed could "conceivably" be classified, but he did not show any of that information.
