I will give glass some credit here though... that threshold has been getting challenged a lot more than it should here lately, and a lot of it has been totally unnecessary in my opinion. It should be ok to argue over differences - and even a personal attack here and there every now and then (we're all big boys here) - without crossing the line of common decency and respect.

Other than my own personal list , I'd hate to see anybody go away... oh, except for whichever one of you is paying for that burner account to post as "Marco".

I'll add that I push the envelope here. My hope is to jar some people awake. There will be pushback and I understand it when I post something that's way out there for some to digest or even contemplate. Goes with the territory.

Lol. Actually, mine is a lot closer to yours, with BBW thrown in.
It's been funny to watch the way some of you get so upset with Marco. He's no more of a caricature than BBW minus the consistent personal attacks.

It is funny how few of the regular adversaries here almost never post on the sports boards. I almost never see Cary, were, Bbw, pg, or gp there. I'm not sure if I'd agree or disagree with their sports takes

Chem, I post very seldom on the sports boards. Actually, I'm not much of a poster on any boards I visit, regardless of subject. BTW, I follow several other topics: Jazz and Audio equipment.

The only reason I post here (WC) is to have fun. Nothing I say is meant to be all encompassing; rather, just having fun. Heck, you my find that my politics are only slightly what I espouse here…. Ask Hokie, he's spent time with me, in person…

I take jabs at you; however, I could stop immediately, and everything would be ok. Nothing personal for me…

Hokie once again you aren't telling the truth about me not being able to debate without slinging insults. You never will learn will you?

Just the other day you and I had a cordial back and forth on one of the threads. Went numerous posts. You didn't agree with the facts I presented and we moved on.

Also, I have debated many of your lefty counterparts and they, Civ in particular, will disregard the factual points that have been made with sources and try and spin it with his liberal narrative to try and claim victory.

Even when I posted a couple of dozen lefty talking points AND provided links showing them supporting it Civ said that was just "some" of the party even though the lefties ALWAYS vote in line when major issues are at hand such as most of the extreme lefty talking points.

I took ol'Chem to the woodshed so many times he put me on ignore. Chem would hit and run after he made a BS post and then it would be proven wrong... no Chem for days..

And I think Manny is still in hiding when I used the FBI crime data website to show him factual statistics to prove a point that he had been arguing for months. Can't argue with statistics whether they support your left wing agenda or not.

So saying I won't engage in debate without slinging insults is not true. Surprise, surprise another untruth.

As far as the rest.... it's all good.

Was perusing the old PP site.... poster started a thread about the Jan 6th farce... low and behold under the "new" regime the thread was merged from "Jan 6th was a Lie" into the "Prosecution of Donald Trump" thread.

I'm pretty sure I know which mod did that... I'll give you three guesses.... and you can just use three letters... His twitter is nothing but left win talking points and he has single handedly ran off more paying posters there than he has brought in...

what if putting America first in a bill actually ends up hurting the US? IE are you ok with the Biden Administration trying to expand buy American First clauses into federal construction contracts? Are you good with union lobbied provisions in those same contracts?
