That's not correct Steve. - I got this Steve... Comrade Civ hasn't had a beatdown in a few months and is getting awful big for his brown pants that match his brown shirt. You know how the MARXIST/COMMUNIST Party rolls.. and he's one of the "pretendependents" on here that are too chicken **** to actually own up to what they believe. I'm not.

I've never said there was collusion. BS.. you have said it for months. And you insinuate it every damn chance you get.

I said it was, and is, very reasonable to suspect and investigate collusion for the following reasons:

a. there is extremely clear consensus in the intelligence community that there was significant Russian interference (that Trump denied publicly until he couldn't any more); Who paid for the Steele Dossier? Who used it? Who's MSM propaganda machine made it clear that it was the "smoking gun?" Was the interference only helping President Trump or did it also do things to disparage him? I think the Steele Dossier that was put together by Russians didn't paint him in a very compelling light do you Hypocrite Civ?

b. Trump's team communicated and met directly with Russian nationals in Trump Towers for the express purpose of being delivered dirt on Clinton; Did they get any? Did they pay for the Steele Dossier? Why was your Queen not EVER investigated over it? Please Hypocrite Civ do tell us the answer to that. Why is when YOUR party does it it is referred to as "oppo research" and when the GOP does it it is called collusion.

c. Trump was clearly aided by that information and Russia's interference; And you are going to die on this hill? Your Queen had an investigation started that lasted for two years over a BS bought and paid for fake dossier that was debunked but yet your MSM overlords never let it go. It was all a hoax paid for and perpetrated by your MARXIST/COMMUNIST Party. No issues with that right Hypocrite Civ? You don' think that helped the Queen and her party for the next two+ years?

d. Multiple Trump handlers went to prison for lying to investigators and obstructing justice; How many of them went to jail for things that had to do with the campaign or election? I bet if you investigate any of your party's operatives a hell of a lot of them would be in jail too. Look at who was doing the investigating and what they were charged with. You are spouting off MSM points like you are reading them off their webpage. Which 90% sure you are as you always do Hypocrite Civ.

e. Trump himself was likely shielded from an obstruction charge only by the stature of his office; Another BS question from you. If he had done something wrong he would have been perp walked down 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and you damn well know it Hypocrite Civ. You are reaching for straws now and it's very typical of someone who lacks the facts or intelligence to sustain an argument or support a statement. Laughable as always.

f. Mueller didn't prove collusion but was clear that his findings weren't an exoneration. His job wasn't to exonerate or convict. You obviously are in way too deep and are clueless on the investigation other than what you are reading off CNN or MSNBC. Nice try. Another "FAIL" by you....

I agree with you that part of Trump's massive appeal is that he wasn't a traditional politician, and that Clinton was terribly unlikeable for a variety of reasons. Frankly I think both were terrible presidential candidates.

Where we disagree is the apparent need for people to live in this fantasy land where Trump's claims of MASSIVE election FRAUD in the STOLEN election - with zero evidence and that resulted in losing 69 of 70 lawsuits and getting his two biggest enablers sued for over a billion dollars each - have any merit, or are in any way similar to the collusion investigation and findings, given the significant Russian interference and direct ties to his team that were found by multiple investigations. How can you prove something that was never investigated by non-partisan investigators? You don't think that the powers that be knew that any investigation would further destroy this country? The state legislatures and governors that changed the voting procedures and controlled the investigative abilities of their opposing party's rights to do so curbed any fact that may or may not have come out. Making that blanket statement without context is typical of a lefty. Wouldn't expect anything less from you Hypocrite Civ.

Now go wash up and put some ice on those. I'm sure you are going to be hurting after that. And next time you ring the damn bell make sure you are ready for dinner. I'll damn sure serve you up something nice any damn time you want it.

Folks, we better start paying attention...

You nailed it and I've been watching this unfolding situation with interest. Is this the flashpoint that will bring the financial system crashing down? Time will tell. But one thing is for sure, the situation in which we find ourselves now.......largest bond and stock market bubbles in history, extreme debt and debt leveraging, highly (and deliberately) understated inflation, and exploding pension obligations and defaults....are leading to a very ugly future.

First off, why would the Russians interfere with our election to the benefit of Trump? Trump has done no favors for Russia. Meanwhile, the Clinton's have received money directly from Putin. So, which side were they interfering for?

Wait, so you're actually denying the Russians interfered and that their interference benefitted Trump?

Set aside for a minute their massive social media misinformation campaign that favored Trump, and the hacking of Clinton campaign-related databases and release of stolen materials through Russian-created entities and Wikileaks.

When Trump, Kush, and Manafort met with Russian nationals in Trump Towers to receive details of information that would damage Clinton's campaign, what do you call that?

Papadopoulos, Gates, Flynn, Cohen, and Stone obstructed justice and made false statements to federal investigators or to Congress about their Russian contacts. Why would they do this if their contacts were proper?

Trump was briefed multiple times by our foreign intelligence agencies beginning in summer 2016 that Russia was attempting to interfere with the election. Why in subsequent months did he not report his teams' multiple contacts with Russian nationals and later deny even having Russian election-related contacts?

Am I misunderstanding you or are you really claiming Russian didn't interfere to help Trump?

I didn't say that it did or didn't happen. But, your info is coming from sources, that to put it mildly, I don't trust. Based on what I've seen the last 3-4 years, I don't believe anything that the is produced by the democrats or the media that is on their leash. I wasnt there...you weren't there. Just like we don't know what happened around the recent election.

So, we are left to think for ourselves and dig through what's BS and what isn't. Obviously, Trump rubbed you the wrong way and shaped your opinion. That's fine and your right to believe that. I have chosen to look past pettiness and see what was happening with the country, for the good and bad. That's my right!

I also know that many of the lies that were told about Trump are being confirmed as just that, lies. It's funny that everything that was screamed about Trump (tyrant, fascist, dictator) is now actually coming true with this administration. So, now, go back and answer Caryking's original question.

My sources are the Mueller Report and the Select Senate Intelligence Committee report on Russian interference in the 2016 election.

What are your sources?

https://www.americanbar.org/news/abanews/aba-news-archives/2019/03/mueller-concludes-investigation/

https://brooks.house.gov/media-center/news-releases/case-closed-mueller-report-proves-fake-news-media-and-socialist-democrats

https://www.npr.org/2019/03/24/706385781/mueller-report-finds-no-evidence-of-russian-collusion

And Finally!

https://thehill.com/opinion/criminal-justice/443349-mueller-report-proves-that-its-time-to-investigate-the-investigators

See, this is my point! There's so much BS on both sides. So we're left to our own devices to wade through it!
So couldn't both of you be right? I mean, the long game, for the Russians, is not 4 years. Its to create a country of discord and complete chaos.

With as much hatred as Trump generated over the last 4 years, its easy to forget that HRC would have generated every bit as much, and as strong, hatred from half of America (minus the media) had she won. And not because she was a woman, but because she was every bit as despicable a human as Trump was and her sheer being (and that dayumed crazy grin and hyena'ish laugh of hers) created hate.

So the Russians could play both sides of the fence, do damaging things to both. Hey, if people find out later they were influencing one side or another....create even more discord, because they'll blame the sitting POTUS.

Civ, is trying to say there was collusion. I don't know that that is true. Interference is quite possible. But knowing what we know now, how can you say without a shadow of a doubt that there was collusion to Trump's benefit.

I believe that Hillary lost the election in 2016 because people were fed up with traditional politicians and wanted something different perit's different. Then in 2020, enough people on the fence were rubbed wrong by Trump's antics that it cost him a lot of votes.

That's not correct Steve.

And yet, we have a bunch of STUPID Senators in several states doing and/or preparing an audit of the 2020 Election. Why are they so STUPID?

Yeah, collusion / interference....neither is a real good look. Re: Trump...purely guesswork here, but if you are Russia and you know he was going to move more "America first" and avoid some of the international role -- wouldn't you favor that?

As for the other statement -- I'm sure a change was part of it -- particularly in the primaries, but I think your statement underestimates the sheer dislike for HRC. She got caught up in dumb comments (deplorables) that turned people off. I always thought if the Dems had run Biden that year, he would have won over HRC. I know a lot of people try to poo-poo presidential behavior on this site, but people do consider that.

My comment on interference was with Russia, not Trump. As for Russia favoring Trump, I see no evidence that would tell me Russia would benefit from Trump being in office. In fact, to the contrary, Russia has benefited immensely from the Dems being in office. So, try again!

Whether you actually said it or not, everything you post points to Trump colluding. Which one of us is dying on a hill? I've actually been pretty moderate about most of these topics. You are the one screaming Mueller Report, Mueller Report, but but but the Mueller Report.

As has been posted above, so much more info has come out since the Mueller Report. But you have to be more open minded than sticking to CNN and progressive soundbites. I have listened to both sides. So much of the negative published about Trump during his time in office has been proven false. You just have to willing to listen!

So you are in favor of us staying in Afghanistan and wasting time and money over there with people that don't want us there? You are in favor of us not being energy independent and relying on other parts of the world including Russia and China for our energy and oil? You're in favor of allowing a pipeline from Russia to Germany that empowers Russia by giving them increased revenue and reach within Europe? What did he do to empower them?

It's not always what you do, but what you don't allow. He was strengthening the US economically, which ultimately makes us stronger and weakens other powers. This administration is doing everything they can to do the exact opposite. It's not about being a tough guy, but more about not being a door mat.

And they were harmed when Trump was there? If reelected, he would have shrunk our role in the ME -- which favors Russia, no?

What did Trump implement that would make the Russians say, "man, we dont want anymore of that tough guy"? There must be several examples?
He shut down their Nordstream 2 Pipeline. And that's just one of many if you and your comrades would bother doing a little research before spouting off MSM talking points then maybe you wouldn't consistently be proven wrong and have to run off a hide for a few days.

What did Trump implement that would make the Russians say, "man, we dont want anymore of that tough guy"? There must be several examples?

Could be....just things I'd read in the past (yes, beyond CNN) sure seemed to suggest the Russians thought a Trump presidency would be better than a HRC one. Does that mean they colluded...I don't know. But I think the Russians would have been gleeful to have either party collude with them to create more discord.

BTW, and of course there is a difference between what the Russians hoped for 5 years ago, versus what happened in reality. I'd read an article once from a Russian intelligence guy who layed this out...that they wanted and celebrated Trump, but were not necessarily happy with the final results. I'll have to see if i can find it....who knows if you can trust the guy, but then, can't trust US media either.
ETA: Here it is: The winding road of Russian disenchantment with Trump | Clingendael spectator

Just a point of clarification, Nordstream 2 was never shutdown. Once Germany granted permits for construction, that pipeline was inevitable. What the US did was try and sanction one of the pipe line laying contractors, Allseas, which caused them to stop operations on the project. There's talk of proprietary work that Allseas was doing on the project, but I'm sure Russia ignored that. The Russian controlled company continued construction of the pipeline thereafter. So I would say Trump made it more annoying for the Russians to complete the pipeline, but he didn't shut it down.

I don't know why Biden decided to reverse the sanctions. I suppose it was some sort of appeasement to Germany, but I don't think the sanctions really mounted to a hill of beans for Germany. I think it was a bad idea to reverse policy against Russia.

I would also argue that the existing pipeline, Nordstream already established Russia's dominance in the European gas oil and market but maybe I'm just splitting hairs here. Otherwise, why build Nordstream 2 if they weren't already profitable?

I think Russia had no preference in which candidate won the election in 2016 with their interference. They wanted to sow seeds of discontent in the election, and ones that have colluded the most with Russia since the 2016 election is the media.

Yeah, I'm not including Biden....he's been a boob. This was a question around Trump-HRC and some kind of fight about why the Russians would have wanted Trump.

Also, as I said -- expectations versus outcomes are two different things.
Our expectations were we had a dynamic offense in FB, capable of passing or running. Our results were against a good quality team, we did not get what we thought we'd invested in.

That's not correct Steve.

I've never said there was collusion.

I said it was, and is, very reasonable to suspect and investigate collusion for the following reasons:

a. there is extremely clear consensus in the intelligence community that there was significant Russian interference (that Trump denied publicly until he couldn't any more);
b. Trump's team communicated and met directly with Russian nationals in Trump Towers for the express purpose of being delivered dirt on Clinton;
c. Trump was clearly aided by that information and Russia's interference;
d. Multiple Trump handlers went to prison for lying to investigators and obstructing justice;
e. Trump himself was likely shielded from an obstruction charge only by the stature of his office; and
f. Mueller didn't prove collusion but was clear that his findings weren't an exoneration

And yet, we have a bunch of STUPID Senators in several states doing and/or preparing an audit of the 2020 Election. Why are they so STUPID?

Is this going to be like the sham audit in Arizona?

The one run by a company that had no experience auditing election results?

The one that didn't follow standard auditing procedures and that routinely broke their own rules?

The one whose owner propagated crazy conspiracy theories about election fraud on Twitter before he was even hired?

The one that's being funded by $6 million from conservative sources and $150k from the Arizona Senate?

Audits like that? Can't wait to see what they come up with.

These senators aren't stupid, they're opportunistic and just like Trump would rather pander to their base and hitch their train onto the Trump wagon than deal with the reality that this MASSIVE ELECTION FRAUD charade is a complete lie that is incredibly damaging to faith in our electoral system.

I've never said there was collusion.

I said it was, and is, very reasonable to suspect and investigate collusion for the following reasons:

a. there is extremely clear consensus in the intelligence community that there was significant Russian interference (that Trump denied publicly until he couldn't any more);
b. Trump's team communicated and met directly with Russian nationals in Trump Towers for the express purpose of being delivered dirt on Clinton;
c. Trump was clearly aided by that information and Russia's interference;
d. Multiple Trump handlers went to prison for lying to investigators and obstructing justice;
e. Trump himself was likely shielded from an obstruction charge only by the stature of his office; and
f. Mueller didn't prove collusion but was clear that his findings weren't an exoneration

These senators aren't stupid, they're opportunistic and just like Trump would rather pander to their base and hitch their train onto the Trump wagon than deal with the reality that this MASSIVE ELECTION FRAUD charade is a complete lie that is incredibly damaging to faith in our electoral system.
yep...but at this point, it still appeals to a bunch of half-brained folks and conspiracy theorists.

It's astonishing you could understand all of those scenarios well enough to speak on them when you can't understand the Biden question. #notademocrat

Not that astonishing.

What is a vague question like "Do you respect _____" meant to judge? Prudence? Judgment? Competency? Likeablility? Ethics? Kindness? Professionalism? Leadership? Some of those? All of them? Other?

Is it binary? Can we qualify the yes or no? It's too general to be telling.

If Cary is looking for paragraphs and not yes/no, I thought Glass's answer was excellent and that's largely where I land on Biden. Basically it's a mixed bag.

Superficially, I think he treats the office with the requisite respect it deserves.

Emotionally, I think Biden is genuinely empathetic and caring and seems to try to treat others with kindness and respect and courtesy.

I think he comports himself professionally and with the soberness and gravity befitting the office. His speeches seem genuinely caring.

From a policy/communication/leadership standpoint Biden was a huge break from Trump's COVID denialism. Him not downplaying the seriousness of COVID was a welcome relief.

Just like Glass said, I respect how he handled the vaccine rollout on the heels of the success of Warp Speed.

I'm also glad we're finally out of Afghanistan but the exit was butchered badly. In fairness, our European allies also thought it would take the Taliban months to accomplish what they did in mere days so that intelligence failure wasn't the US's alone. Generally I prefer less intervention than we've been prone to undertake and I hope we can stay out of foreign conflicts for some time.

I'm supportive of private mask mandates and ambivalent about government mask mandates. I'm supportive of employer vax mandates but not government vax mandates.

Like Glass, I'm also fine with voter ID laws as long as there are means to provide ID's that are not regressive.

I like significant focus on sustainable energy technologies but also like the hedge against foreign oil volatility and reliance our domestic oil production provides in the meantime.

I think way too many people go to 4-year college already and don't think it should be free. We need way more emphasis on vocational ed, and the feds need to get out of the college loan game; them staying in is largely what has sent tuition costs through the roof.

We've long needed a robust infrastructure bill but the infrastructure + reconciliation bill package is very bloated. $4MM+ in spending is crazy. Generally I disagree with omnibus spending and think we need to be voting on specific resolutions rather than flabby bill packages that encourage more deficit spending. Politicians on both sides of the aisle are way too comfortable spending money we ain't got in the budget.

Biden's critical thinking and reasoning skills to me aren't presidential caliber, but he's not a political hack. He's thoughtful and principled and seems quite well-intentioned. And he hasn't been out there representing America talking about injecting bleach or bright light to cure COVID, about how long and beautiful his dick is, denigrated broad swaths of immigrants as criminals, made fun of the looks of female political opponents, bragged about grabbing women by the ***** or any of the other absolutely crazy **** Trump spouted off about daily either. I appreciate not being embarrassed by the wildly unprofessional personal conduct of our president.

His cabinet and advisors haven't yet become a revolving door of disgruntled former staff badmouthing him on the way out the door, which speaks at least nominally to his ability to build and lead his team. It doesn't mean he's a star leader but the opposite is an indication of an inability to inspire, lead, and develop a cohesive team.

I've said on here many times I think Biden is a very average candidate and that it's a shame the last two elections have featured such uninspiring candidates from the dems and pubs. Biden would make a really good mayor of Scranton. *Maybe* governor. President has always felt like a reach. Him becoming president was less about him being a strong, dynamic candidate and more about him looking like a stable, well-adjusted human being next to Trump's unpredictable and trashy narcissism. That said, I do think he conducts himself in a respectable manner, just one that's less dynamic than I'd prefer for the leader of the free world.

So after writing a novella, where does that leave the issue of 'respecting' him? Like I said before, respect to me speaks less to competence and more to comportment. I wish he was a more nimble, critical thinker and speaker but he comports himself just fine. I respect the way he handles the office even though I disagree with some his policies or their implementation and wish he was a more inspiring leader.

I'm going to read thought this again tomorrow and respond with more notes but for tonight I just want to hit on the Biden items....

Biden is emotionally empathic, caring, and treats others with kindness, respect, and courtesy....I've seen the guy yelling at people who asked him questions that he didn't want to answer on the campaign trail.

Biden comports himself professionally and with soberness and gravity benefitting the office. His speeches seem genuinely caring.....are we watching the same speeches? The ones where he mumbles and rambles incoherently whenever he gets off the script that he has admitted is laid out for him and he has been told who he can and can't talk to? The White House had cut off the feed several times on Biden when he is talking because he rambles incoherently. It happened yesterday. As far as professionally...he quite literally threatened to take Trump out behind the building and punch him in the face a few years ago.

Biden's not a political hack...we're talking about the same guy who said he was going to ignore the Supreme Court over the eviction thing. Biden has also far exceeded his authority on a number of things and has been cheered on for it to accomplish his political goals. He's also blamed the Republicans and Trump whenever anything goes wrong over since he took office. Take the Afghanistan withdrawal...when asked about it he said that he was in charge and then proceeded to blame Trump for everything that went wrong. Dude is absolutely a political hack....

You prefer not to be embarrassed by the president...your not embarrassed when Biden acts lost on stage, or says that his staff has said who he can and can't talk to along with with what he can and can't talk about? Your not embarrassed that when the biggest military and political blunder of the last 50 years happened the president was nowhere to be found for days and he refused to talk to our allies?

Biden was a huge break from Trumps denialism on COVID...both Biden and His VP talked about how people should be hesitant to take a vaccine that Trump had anything to do with...sounds pretty in denial of a solution to me

His advisors haven't become a revolving door? You know in management some conflict is a good thing. Of course when Biden gets told what to sign and he signs it and told what to say and he says it why would anyone resign. I'd love to work for a guy who just did whatever I told him to.

I'll come back with more tomorrow when I'm not typing on my phone

I know at least one of your comrades is busy shining his halo and the other one is waiting to delete posts. You found the time to send out another lengthy post last night but you and the rest of your crew of brown shirts ignored this completely. I'll ask you again....

Dobrye Utro Comrades... since you lefties must have "mistakenly" overlooked the questions I asked you yesterday I will post them again. Have at it comrades.

1 - How do you feel about "open borders" and how the Sleepy Joe administration has handled them?

2 - How do you feel about "my body, my choice" on abortion but yet not for vaccines?

3 - The party of science wants abortions up until birth. Where do you stand?

4 - The party of science also says "birthing persons" instead of women. How many sexes do you think exist?

5 - The lefties say the Supreme Court has been "packed" but yet they want to expand it with liberals? Explain.

6 - The lefties want to abolish the filibuster and move the country to "single party rule" and have admitted it. Where do you stand on this?

7 - Adding Puerto Rico and D.C. will give the lefties ( 4 ) Senate seats ensure they will control the Senate forever. How do you feel about that?

8 - Guaranteed Basic Income, which many of you may benefit from, is a SOCIALIST policy. What's your take?

9 - The $3.5 Trillion Dollar MARXIST/COMMUNIST spending plan including bail outs of broke blue states, The Green New Deal, FREE childcare, FREE community college, FREE healthcare for illegal immigrants, FREE college for illegal immigrants, amnesty for illegal immigrants and voting rights for illegal immigrants. Please justify these.

I left room for you to include your answers. Call me what you want to. Talk crap about me all you want. There is one thing I'm not and that is a chicken ***** I stand by my beliefs. I do not run and hide. Can any of you lefties say the same?
