With the 11 going to the back. ( flat tie caused some under body damage ) that makes the 77 the control car today.

Please post an update or two later today for those of us who are "Primeless"...

Unfortunately the 24 is also going to the rear for mechanical issues with the charging system. Probably not the news you want to read. Update, add Bell and Cendric to the back.

With Hamlin going to the rear, Hocevar was the lead car for the start of the race. On lap 2, Connor Zilisch spun and brought out the caution, going green again around lap 14. Reddick took the lead on the restart and led every lap from there to finish out stage 1

Following the end of stage 1 pitstops, the race off pit road puts Gibbs in the lead, followed by Wallace, Hocevar, Buescher and Reddick. However Buescher has a hood pin come off and has to pit again so Zane Smith pulls up to start in 4th alongside Hocevar.

The tires from Reddick's car showing cords on the fronts, and since they ran 12-13 laps under caution of the 45 laps in Stage 1, that brings up something for teams to think about

Caution out for Keselowski with left rear tire down. Everyone pits and Hendrick cars get the top two spots. Elliott and Larson now out front.

Caution for Allmendinger.

Restart on lap 38 of stage 2 and big wreck up front from Hocevar pushing Zane Smith....Smith gets sideways and cars start clipping each other.....Reddick tore up, A. Dillon out, Hamlin spins, along with Gibbs, Smith and others

Restart on lap 45 (of stage 2) and E. Jones gets into B. Keselowski and spins him out, hitting the wall hard and tearing up the 6 pretty good on the right front

Restart on lap 148 and Elliott wiggles, geting into Bell as they were fighting for 2nd going into turn 3......both cars tore up.

Race is red flagged as the wall needs to be slightly repaired.

Yeah, that was a hard hit. That safer barrier wall did its job because I don't think Bell walks away that easily otherwise.

Agree, I'm on the Wood Brothers radio and Josh mentioned that the wall was broke. The team thinks the yellow is about to come out.

Hamlin wins by 11 seconds over E. Jones, Wallace, Larson and Hocevar.

He honors Busch by flying a KB flag on his victory lap/burnout. He ties Busch with 63 wins in the Cup series.

With Reddick falling out early in the race and Hamlin winning, he cuts into Reddick's lead pretty good. Reddick now leads by 51 points over Hamlin.

What a good one yesterday, hat off to the 11 came back now two weeks in a row. Also, saw a clip that Hamlin confirmand that the plan is for Brent Crews to take over the 11. Bell is dealing from ankle and wrist issues. Hard hit.

Never been a Hamlin fan by any means, but he has definitely been the dominant driver in this series for the last two seasons... Reddick not withstanding. We all know he should have won the championship last year, and he looks like the favorite again this year - at least to me. He's only gotten stronger as the season has progressed.

Yep agreed, haven't been a Hamlin fan but found myself pulling for him the last few years. He deserves a championship with everything else he has done for the sport, especially when you look at some of the past champions and compare their accomplishments against Hamlin's.
