Fifth-ranked NC State wrestling returns home to Reynolds Coliseum to kickoff ACC Network's Friday Night Duals with Duke. The dual-meet is scheduled for a 5 p.m. start time with the Triangle-rival.

Dual-Meet Info
Official dual-meet start time for the Wolfpack against the Blue Devils is 5 p.m. in Reynolds Coliseum.
The duals will be broadcast on ACCN Extra with commentary from Evan Budrovich and Nick Gwiazdowski.
Admission tickets for the event can be purchased here.
The theme for fans is red out and singlet rally towels will be given away while supplies last.
A meet-and-greet will be held in the Grand Hall directly following the conclusion of the match.

I've yet to hear anything on Robinson or Camacho. The Duke match is a tough one to draw conclusions from since we usually have some backups get a chance to start.

As for Orine dropping back down to 133, he struggled at 141 and I assumed this was the planned weight for him anyway.

Watching tonight's match now, they just said that Vince should be good to go Sunday at OSU. That's great news

Big man Nick G was on the call tonight on the ACC network. Is he not coaching anymore?

Just saw he is now a HS coach in Indianapolis now. No longer competing either.

Fifth-ranked NC State wrestling picked up its 10th consecutive win over Duke Friday evening with a dominating 47-0 score, which also set a new record in the series of most points tallied on one side.

Through all 10 bouts, the Wolfpack never allowed the Blue Devils to secure a single takedown. Pure domination from NC State led to seven of the match-ups ending early due to technical falls by Tyler Tracy, Matty Singleton, Dylan Fishback, Christian Knop, Isaac Trumble, and Louie Gill and a fall by Ed Scott.

The red-and-white stuck with the lineup that brought them success in the road match with 12th-ranked Cornell to close out 2024, featuring Orine back at 133 lbs, and two younger guys entering the lineup - Gill at 125 lbs and Tracy at 141 lbs.

Singleton and Trumble both snagged their fifth technical fall on the season, while Scott's pin makes it his second for the current campaign.

The Pack claimed victories in each of the two ranked contests, No. 32 Derek Fields against No. 29 Aidan Wallace and No. 4 Isaac Trumble against No. 30 Connor Barket.

Exactly. And with two of our best guys redshirting, winning a dual like this is a very tall task.

That said, we looked like a team that had a difficult travel. Looked a step slow all night. I was a little disappointed in the effort out of a few of the guys who are better than what they showed.
