I'm almost certain he used to make collages of coeds on The Wolf Web. Take it easy on him.

Cause Coleman is most likely going to DukeStruttingwolf96 said:
I can understand waiting on Coleman, he just released his top 5 & State made it. So why not wait longer than since State is still in it to offer Farrar. Josh Hall is a totally different player than Farrar though, believe they could be on the court together.
All this has been discussed repeatedly on this side Glass......it never ends.Glasswolf said:Cause Coleman is most likely going to DukeStruttingwolf96 said:

I'm thinking within the week or so....but nothing concrete.Packfan8 said:
Already getting a few crystals balls for Farrar. Is there a timetable for his commitment or could it happen anytime?

Hall really wants to play the 3 in college, so I dont think this impacts the Hall recruitment. I dont think we lead for Hall righ tnow but are still solid contenders.Packfan8 said:Dunlow66 said:I'm thinking within the week or so....but nothing concrete.Packfan8 said:

So we have pretty much ruled Coleman out but what about hall?
those 2 players would be good to get but not going to be a two player class;OldTuffy said:
Nick F and S Moore would be a solid class considering the mess we've got right now.

Give me a class tomorrow of Farrar, Moore, Hayes and Hall and call it a day

but if I could, I'd sub Thomas for Hayes and have, IMO, a perfect class considering the situation at hand.
Agreed, that would be a great class. I think Farrar would be a good RS candidate. Bev + Calhoun + Allen finally gives us some solid 3-point shootingStruttingwolf96 said:
I would take PF Farrar, PG Moore, G Calhoun, & SF Hall. Throw in transfer CG Allen & that would be a solid, good recruiting class. Believe Funderburk & Bates will man the C position next year.
Honestly, get used to it. We are not appealing to a "program changer" right now. Too much BS to deal with ATM. Have to build from the bottom up. 4 year guys who show out as upperclassmen.TheEagle said:
Certainly not national championship quality recruits. Disappointed that we haven't landed a real program changer. Middle of the pack again.

Don't mean to be an A-hole but Kinda tired of hearing this BS. Very close minded thinking imo. We see countless examples that show that you can win at a high level with this level of recruiting. UVA and Texas Tech playing for the national championship pretty much shows you don't know what youre talking about. Auburn, Gonzaga, Tennessee, FSU are other examples of programs that win with lower level recruiting.
SMH some people would rather stick to Mark Gottfried-style throw a scholarship at every top-50 recruit and see what sticks approach. Because that worked out soo well for us...nryanh94 said:Prime Examples:WolfpackSI said:TheEagle said:

2019 Final Four:
Bryce Brown - Aubrun Ranked 369 in his class; averaged 15.9 per game
Jarret Culver - TTU Ranked 312 in his class; averaged 18.5 and 6 reb
2018 Final Four:
Muhammad Ali Abdur-Rahkman - Michigan Ranked 434 in his class (2 star); averaged 12.9 pts 3.9 reb
Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk - Kansas; Ranked 239 in his class; averaged 14.6 and 3.9 reb
All of Loyola Chicago (they had 1 kid ranked in the top 200 recruits; he was like 190)
2017 Final Four:
Przemek Karnowski - Gonzaga; Not Ranked; 12.2 pts 5.8 reb
Jordan Matthews Gonz; Ranked 122 (3 star); 10.6 pts 3.3 reb
Duane Notice - USC; Ranked 335; 10.2 pts 2.5 reb
Chris Silva - ranked 141 (3 str); averaged 10.2 and 6.1 reb
Then throw in Luke Maye (who I think Farrar compares to) Ranked 155; averaged 5.5 and 4 reb in uncs final four season (8.6 and 5.3) then went on to become a huge pain in our ass the next 2 seasons.
So yes lets crap on kids because of their rankings. If Keatts, Buzz, Wade, and Sampson all see enough in him to offer him then he can play.
Gottfried had much more early success in recruiting than has KK. But Gottfried didn't have the NCAA cloud. He also was dirty.WolfpackSI said:SMH some people would rather stick to Mark Gottfried-style throw a scholarship at every top-50 recruit and see what sticks approach. I bet if we would have offered earlier.....he wouldnt have committed.OldTuffy said:
