Is Steere possibly a 2-fer with Bates if he does leave?
Yea I agree. The timing is unfortunate but saying he already turned his back on the program is unfair to the young man.FergusWolf said:
I think that we need to be fair to the kid, like C2K is being. He's young, away from home, and not getting the love and playing time that he was used to in high school.
It can be very confusing. I'm glad that C2K gave him a few days to think about it. If he decides to leave, I wish him the best, if he stays, I wish him the best. I hope he makes the decision that will pan out to be the best for the rest of his life.
I dont think soThunderhill said:

We got 2 guys for one spot. We're fine right now.WolfpackSI said:
Damn wasted scholarship and now we are thin at the 5 position.
Probably a long shot but I wonder if we can burn Manny's redshirt when he is healthy? Thats the only option I see to improve our front line at this point.

And we can use it to go get a mid season transfer if we want to(like Blake Harris last year)nryanh94 said:WolfpackSI said:

I mean it's not really wasted. We get the scholarship back. It's better than him deciding to stay and not be willing to put the work in like guys in past years.
Manny isnt close to being ready.WolfpackSI said:

2019 kid we might take a look at is Jeremiah Davenport.
He is a SF playing for Hargrave this year. Reclassified 2018 kid from Ohio. 6'4 , and can jump out of the gym.
He is a very good rebounder for his size. Has a bit of a 'Torin Dorn' skillset.Packfan8 said:
I saw that Hargraves roster is listing him at 6'7'',I know these heights are usually exaggerated like an inch or 2 but that would be a well sized guard for our systemDunlow66 said:
