Very likely. I wonder if what happened to end the season helps push the new rule into place. If he cant play or isnt good enough, that is on the player, not the coach. I wonder if Taylor was already having some injury issues before he committed to NC State.
Taylor can always move on as a transfer and maybe drop down a level if it is a lack of talent/ability
