Stalin was a Marxist Leninist which is also atheist. Putin is strongly supported by the Russian Orthodox Church.

This is going to be one of those 'things' that a number of folks here struggle with.

The United States is in its 2nd revolutionary war. It's not a kinetic war like the one George Washington lead forces in. It's a psyop war. Are the Russians our best friends, no! However, they're glad to see us breaking away from the Rothschild banking empire and fiat money system. Putin has been deemed the West's public enemy no.1 after he kicked the Rothschild banking cartel out of Russia. He's been the MSM's boogey man for a reason.
