What's propaganda? Saying investigators and prosecutors don't avoid charges because a defendant is forgetful?
That's not propaganda. It's common ****ing sense.
If investigators and prosecutors think a forgetful dude murdered somebody and they've got the evidence to prove it, that dude is getting charged with murder no matter how forgetful he is. It would be complete negligence on their part to handle that any other way.
Biden isn't getting charged because they don't have the evidence to proceed.
And I've been saying on here for years that Biden is unfit to be President so you can save that CNN line for somebody else.

no, that's also not what he said, he said he has a now sympathetic defendant who was not cooperative and therefore didn't feel he could prosecute and convict. The case is strong based on the definition of willful negligenceCivilized said:hokiewolf said:

Correct.
And if he had compelling enough evidence he'd be able to get a conviction.
No investigator or prosecutor worth a damn would avoid pursuing a strong case because the defendant is "forgetful."
He's got a weak case or else he'd pursue it.
I think he's stating that no matter the crimes of Biden and their seriousness, he'd never be found competent to stand trial. Which interestingly, put Biden in a pick your poison situation. No wonder the White House was POedhokiewolf said:no, that's also not what he said, he said he has a now sympathetic defendant who was not cooperative and therefore didn't feel he could prosecute and convict. Most notably, after being given multiple chances to return classified documents and avoid prosecution,
Mr.Trump allegedly did the opposite. According to the indictment, he not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it.
In contrast, Mr. Biden turned in classified documents to the National Archives and the Department o of Justice, consented to the search of multiple locations including his homes, sat for a voluntary interview, and in other ways cooperated with the investigation.

From the very first page of Hur's report:Quote:
"...We conclude that the evidence does not establish Mr. Biden's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt."
How strong could the evidence possibly be if the investigator doesn't feel it's strong enough to prove Biden's guilt?
He went on to describe how jurors would undoubtedly compare Biden's actions favorably to Reagan's handling of his own diaries and docs, and use that comparison to conclude Biden acts with the notebook weren't sufficiently willful.
He said the same thing about the classified docs (insufficient evidence to prove willful intent).
And he clearly said Biden was cooperative, which was a mitigating factor relative to the aggrevating nature of Trump's alleged conduct:Quote:

Hur's report felt very even and fair. It detailed the ways Biden ****ed up, postulated reasons why, made relevant historical comparisons to past presidents' handling of docs, ultimately concluded the evidence was insufficient to bring charges, added further mitigating factors that would hinder prosecution, and other relevant observations.
This thing people are seizing upon (comments about Biden's memory) is chum in the political waters but it's not something we didn't already know. His decline has been obvious and his electoral weakness as a result of his apparent/possible/likely senility was well-established before this report was published.

Yes, I'm asleep. Eyes fully closed. I need to be awakened and get "woke" like communist libtards who have been enlightened to the 70 genders, that men can become women, murdering unborn children is a "sacred right", and that it's a "great thing" for schools to force children to attend drag shows and get lap dances from drag queens, or force 8-year old girls to share a locker room and showers with 40 year old transgender men.hokiewolf said:
